What's good everybody, happy Friday to all the hard working mother fackers out there getting their hustle on to pay the bills.
NPP is my favorite compound, as my shoulders are weak, well my rotator cuffs that is. NPP helps lubricate them and this makes life nice, as when my joints are hurting I literally can't lift 15lb dumbells for side lateral raises for more then e sets, it sucks. What is yalls reasons for running NPP and what is your favorite stack, test being the foundation as well.
