Deca can slap some size on forsure. But with Deca especially it comes down to the food you eat. I had a cheat meal a day on Deca and held atleast 10lbs of water. Where you’re holding all that water and inflammation yeah you’ll get some painful pumps in the gym but you won’t be reaping the benefits as much if your body wasn’t as inflamed from all the junk.
jayisktest e/c, deca, dbol and don't say you're a "hard gainer". follow this diet and tell me you eat a lot.

There was a time at the Old Westside gym where I couldn’t gain weight to save my fucking life.
There was this dude who trained there who could just put on weight like fucking magic. He’d go from 198 to 308 and then to 275 and back down to 198. And he was never fat. It was amazing.
I finally asked him one day how he did it.
“You mean I never told you the secret to gaining weight? Come outside and I’ll fill you in.”
Now remember, we’re at Westside Barbell. And this guy wants to go outside to talk so no one else can hear. Think about that for a minute. What the hell is he going to tell me? This must be some serious shit if we have to go outside, I thought.
So we get outside and he starts talking.
“For breakfast you need to eat four of those breakfast sandwiches from McDonalds. I don’t care which ones you get, but make sure to get four. Order four hash browns, too. Now grab two packs of mayonnaise and put them on the hash browns and then slip them into the sandwiches. Squish that shit down and eat. That’s your breakfast.”
At this point I’m thinking this guy is nuts. But he’s completely serious.
“For lunch you’re gonna eat Chinese food. Now I don’t want you eating that crappy stuff. You wanna get the stuff with MSG. None of that non-MSG bullshit. I don’t care what you eat but you have to sit down and eat for at least 45 minutes straight. You can’t let go of the fork. Eat until your eyes swell up and become slits and you start to look like the woman behind the counter.”
“For dinner you’re gonna order an extra-large pizza with everything on it. Literally everything. If you don’t like sardines, don’t put ’em on, but anything else that you like you have to load it on there. After you pay the delivery guy, I want you to take the pie to your coffee table, open that fucker up, and grab a bottle of oil. It can be olive oil, canola oil, whatever. Anything but motor oil. And I want you to pour that shit over the pie until half of the bottle is gone. Just soak the shit out of it.”
“Now before you lay into it, I want you to sit on your couch and just stare at that fucker. I want you to understand that that pizza right there is keeping you from your goals.”
This guy is in a zen-like state when he’s talking about this.
“Now you’re on the clock,” he continues. “After 20 minutes your brain is going to tell you you’re full. Don’t listen to that shit. You have to try and eat as much of the pizza as you can before that 20-minute mark. Double up pieces if you have to. I’m telling you now, you’re going to get three or four pieces in and you’re gonna want to quit. You fucking can’t quit. You have to sit on that couch until every piece is done.
And if you can’t finish it, don’t you ever come back to me and tell me you can’t gain weight.
’Cause I’m gonna tell you that you don’t give a fuck about getting bigger and you don’t care how much you lift!”

pure gains with absolutely no water, no estro spikes, no need for an ai, no prolactin sides, no need for dopamine meds, no issues with the little general, no dht sides, no BP etc. etc etc...... just food the gym and sex
to say it was a revelation is a massive understatement.... but it was a revelation. It was the cleanest... and when i say clean.... I mean when you are medium to high test with a nor and you get all moonboy and with a DHT red face, floppy cocked etc. and you're loaded up on aromatase inhibitors and caber....... you feel.... dirty.... well this cycle is the opposite.... clean. Amazing.

Do you find your able to hold onto your gains you made from deca... i havent ran deca inmany years but i did gain almost 20 lbs off it but in my opinion the gains i recieved from EQ i kept more of.. and i do understand the more size you gain on cycle you have to up your macros to be able to maintain the size
Absolutely, 100%. Here is the thing.
Traditional old school deca stack is along the lines of this; 500 test+400 deca+25mg dbol
What you get is Glycogen+water, moonface, strength, bloaty size and some muscle. So lets say that 75% of 'gains' are not gains at all. Then you Stop the juice, do pct, chill with the eating and almost everything is gone, bar the legit muscle, in just a few weeks. Those 20lbs just arent real, ya know. The perpetual bulk or shitty food lifestyle generally makes people think they keep gains via water + glyco load, but again, its temporary.
Then lets say you do low dose test, and a chunk of deca, no dbol etc. (it doesnt build muscle at all, as seen in the cachexia studies etc.), so pretty much just deca and a trt dose of test... well..... the gains are of course glycogen from foods, nitrogen retention from improved nutrient partitioning, and muscle.
It is, apart from thre glyco, almost all muscle... BUT... here is the thing... it is slower to build, because muscle, is in reality, slow to build. But it is real. Of course you gotta feed the new muscle, but yeah, it is real, clean, keepable. Add some growth in, and damnit it makes the near perfect cycle.
What was the ratio of test to deca you ran?

I didn’t think much of it at the time as I thought it was mostly bloat and fat gain but now I’m shedding off the fat I’m realising now much lean muscle I made in my last winter bulk. Run was:
Test, deca, sprinkle of anadrol, a whole cow and a field of sweet potatoes a week.
This cycle gave me more lean muscle gain than any other. I didnt look pretty though,I had to grow a beard to try and hide the moon face and it was extremely obvious I was on gear.
Test e or test cyp, ghrp-6 and lots of food. Very simple and very effective.
The consensus always seems to be Test E / Deca & Anadrol if you can handle the tabs but personally mine is Prop / NPP / Dbol - I'm sure its not the most effective with it being shorts but it damn feels good whilst you run it. With EQ it feels even better until the anxiety and headaches come into play....
