Bad irritation from injection in buttocks

Alright I have a few concerns that I may have f***ed up, I'm running a cycle of d-bol tabs, and test e. Inject at 500mgs/ml . I pinned 5 days ago in the ass, I was aware that it would or might be harsh bc of the high mg amount, but nothing like this!!! I now have a swollen ass pink tender and warm to the touch I'm a bit worried bc I've never experienced anything like this what should I do wait it out a few more days or go see a doc,

Appreciate all the info fam, it turns out I injected into fat and muscle.....i pinned the other day at only 1/2 a cc into muscle w/o most the sides as in huge lump and redness, question is why is the pip so fn harsh still?!!? this shit has me walking with a limp is there any way to reduce this or just get diff gear with a lower dosage in mg
