-1 Back on after 1 year off

ad

Hey guys,
I recently got a nice order that I am looking forward to starting up. Its been over a year since I was last "on" and I have a few questions that I know y'all can help with. Just looking for overall advice etc. I'm 32 with 3 kids, 5'6" 180lb, was 225 9 months ago (Muscle)

I am in recovery from drug addiction and last year I had a bad relapse which put me in rehab and then a 1/2 way house etc, I worked out here and there when I could but it wasn't anything like what my normal schedule was. I was on cycle for over 18months (and still managed to get my wife pregnant) and I went pretty cold turkey off all supps. I didn't get the chance to do a pct or anything. I had blood work done in rehab and they said my T levels were great, I don't know how I thought they would be bottomed out from being on cycle for so long.
Should I hold off starting my cycle and get into a better workout routine?
Would you guys recommend just starting with some Test p and E before I star adding NPP etc?
My wife doesnt want me to cycle again, are there any good tricks to keep the acne away? Its one of her biggest issues with it.
Im also looking for a new workout plan, I was thinking about the A-S blue print or GVT 10x10, any recommendations on a killer work out routine?
My recent delivery that I will be starting soon (Minus the Tren, I am not starting that for a bit)
TrueMass 250 × 2
Trenum-E 200 × 1
Testosterone Enanthate 250 × 4
RP Testosterone Propionate 100 × 2

Thanks guys!

You don't really have much cycle or compound experience at all do you for someone that gives out so much advice and opinion? You've heard good stuff about orals to kickstart a cycle - Really?!

First of all well done for recovering from an addiction, that’s a big thing man.
Considering all the past experience, I would not rush with the hormones. I would advice to stabilise your mental state and hormones can potentially have great effect on this.
I would firstly sort out training plan and nutrition plan.
Considering the fact that you haven’t done much lately, your body should respond pretty good to any kind of stress.
Only when this bit is sorted and you feel confident, I would maybe add some Testosterone on it’s own and see how your body reacts and then would take from there.

I solved my acne problem with the right diet. A lot of vegetables, meat, fish and eggs. Few "dirty" fats, but maybe it's just my problem. Wait for more advice.

After serious previous addictions problems which you are obviously very succeptible to if they are that bad you need to go to rehab and halfway houses, and now having a wife and 3 children I think its time you faced up to your responsibilites as a parent and stay well away from steroids altogether. To think you have even ordered trenbolone and want to run it in their presence is very wrong.

Glad you're doing good bro, like everyone said you should wait.. especially with your wife and kid.. Focus on them you will not regret it later, focus on your diet and calorie intake and stay sore you will put on mass..

Good work on getting clean! Now, cycling is up to you, but try not to substitute one addiction for another!

WOW! Thank you guys so much for all the wise words. I didn't give a reason, and I should have. I never felt more like myself before drugs than when I was "on". It was like having my life back. And it is a dangerous line when I am using a substance to feel like myself.
Well you guys just helped me decide, I will hold off another 6 months to a year. I have the gear, its not going anywhere, and I think time is the biggest thing I have for all aspects of my life, the more time I spend working on me the easier it will be to decide what is best for me.

If you've made this decision try to sell that shit, otherwise the thought will always fall on it , and start pedaling again

being in recovery bro its not a good idea to be poking yourself with needles everyday, it brings up old memories and bad habits. You are still pretty fresh off your relapse too bro,I would wait bro just work on your family and your self .

Jumping into a cycle at this point would be a terrible idea, not to mention your not giving any reasons why you wanna cycle .

Thank you brother, great advice.

Everyone here is right. U shld hold off for at least another year. Focus on sobriety, training, diet, and ur family. Reevaluate ur situation after that time. U have a great base to work off of right now with great T levels. Good luck on ur journey..

^^ this. There are some great step dads out there so no disrespect to them but not on my watch.

Hold off. If your not training year round you should not be cycling.

First, you should be commended for your sobriety journey. It takes a real man to face up to his demons.

In regards to your planned protocol. I would hold off totally. You are lucky your body is not blown out from years of abuse as you say your levels are good.

It is good to note that steroids and compounds are not for people looking to get back in shape. Compounds are not intended for recomps which is code for "im just trying to get back in shape".

Always keep it simple stupid. Steroids are enhancements. Unless your diet and training protocol is going full throttle , dialed in, and totally committed. Only after plateaus present themselves should then compounds be considered.

Plan your protocol in regards to diet and training since those , especially diet is the key. Once you get rolling , re-evaluate if compounds at that point are even still desired or necessary.

Remember that planning, resolve, discipline, and execution are the keys to success. Not what compounds when. Good luck
