Sorry for your loss. Get your diet in check,,, Train till you feel you are topped out. 6 months to a year. Come back and we can advise you. Your body fat is too high, blood pressure issues galore, estrogen issues. Get your ass in the gym and work.

Sorry for your loss.

I would buy some green beans, brocolli, zucchini, asparagus, cauliflower, etc.. and chicken breast. Maybe some cheap tilapia. And start training yourself on meal prep. Get that down first and start setting timers on your phone for every 2 hours. Eat every 2 hours from the time you get up til a few hours before bed. I like to start at 7am and stop at 5pm. Gives me time for 6 meals. Snacks in between like nonfat plain yogurt with whey protein or maybe some almonds.

Portions are key with dieting. Weigh the food, measure carefully. Figure out your daily calorie needs and keep yourself in a small deficit. Maybe 300 calorie deficit to start.

As soon as you wake up, start chugging water. Start with a gallon a day. Get some cardio in while you drink it, before you start eating. Hope this helps.

Losing your hero and friend in life is a part that everyone must go through, although it sucks it sounds like you had a good one. The iron can be very therapeutic. May it bring some good time and place in your life. Start with diet first and foremost and the rest will fall in line

You need to do a cut cycle to start with and primary emphasis on diet; diet; diet! Lot's of cardio! You posted cycles were way too high in dosages and will lead to bloat. So on a clean cutter with cardio and diet you should do well!

If your running gear ⚙️ out of no where like that after so long. Thats way to much. Look toward the beginner cycle section. Your receptors are fresh might as well utilize them at lower levels.

Like guys below said, DON'T use any gear right now! Start with a proper diet, do cardio etc to drop down bf. If you start cycling in your actual shape, you'll probably get some serious estro sides....

Running a gram of test and dbol with obviously higher body fat is asking for trouble buddy.....you are already holding excess water, etc...so why in the world would you run a heavy estro conversion cycle? Blood pressure nightmare imo....
Run a cycle of cardio and low carbs for 10 wks then reevaluate your situation

Sorry to hear about your father but glad you are back at thinking positive.
Considering the circumstances I would recommend not to touch any hormones as you will probably harm yourself more than have any benefits
All you need to do is concentrate on your diet, cut out all the unnecessary foods to get your calories down.
Concentrate more on protein and fibres and minimize your carbohydrates intake, only enough to fuel your workouts.
Start adding some cardio to your regimen, this will help to create calorie deficit.

Remember to start losing weight you need to be in calorie deficit.
