38 yrs old looking for test based cycle advice

I'm 38 yrs old looking to get my energy back and lost too much weight. Haven't worked out since I've been home. Packing energy and don't wanna waste a bulki g cycle playing catch up. 155 now normally 175 185 . There's so many knew names out for products but no instructions if it's injectable I need it to be once a.week not 3 times a week. So maybe someone here can dtear me in the rite direction to meet my goals. Thanks

Worth getting your bloods done at 38 to what’s going on mate, especially if you have previous steroid use.
But you can get where you want to be with big food, training and rest. You don’t use steroids to get yourself in the mood for working out again. I had a friend who would only train if he was on cycle. He was a mess.
You sir.. need to eat eat eat, and when you’re done eating for the day eat again. Get a solid foundation under you before you think about AAS.
