Im 30 yr old,
1st cycle ever.
Started about 5-6 months ago,
Doses of Testosterone Ethanate tapered from 350ml/wk from beginning to 2nd month
At about half way through, doses were about 500ml/wk
Slowly went down in dose, about 25ml less per week. Last week I took my last shot and it was about 500ml just for one last push in the gym.

Another thing is, I didnt start fully working out with weight training until the last 2 months :(

When I started I was 250lbs and 5'8", now i am 198 lbs and I lost 5 pant sizes and have muscles in my calves that are enpormous and my biceps and grown to 5x their usual size. I just dont want my natural testosterone to be hurt long term.

Was 112 kg
Now 98kg
Been doing 6 month cycle
1-8 week testosterone enanthate 350mg/week
week 8- wk 20 Testosterone enanthate 500mg/week
week 20- Testosterone enanthate 250-350mg/week
Now-Last dose was 4 days ago, 550ml to get max potential gains one last time.

Anyone can suggest me the best PCT in that case?
