1mg adex caps... Questions about this situation
Im currently running test e at 250mg e3d and im 25 days in. I chose adex as my AI on hand. The person guiding me insisted AI should be taken as needed on a basic 500mg/w test e cycle unless I find out i'm unusually sensitive to conversion. So far so good. I haven't seen any signs of high estrogen and my libido is moderately higher than it has been naturally. No nip issues except they seem to be a tiny bit more sensitive to the cold than usual. Although, that might be just in my head. This is my first cycle. My first hands on learning experience. If i left important info out about my cycle please let me know and i'll explain further without any need for cracking my dome open.
Anyway when I got my adex i found that it was 1mg caps. When researching dosages I frequently saw people were taking .25mg, .5mg and .75mg doses so i assumed adex would always come in pressed pill form. Because they are caps my lowest possible dose is 1mg. My friend suggested taking 1mg once a week on the first pin day of that week. I have not yet done this.
After reading more and more about adex i'm starting to think it might be a better idea to take some despite not experiencing noticeable high estrogen symptoms. My first question would be: Is that true, or should I stick with not taking it due to no, high estrogen symptoms?
My second is: If it is a better idea to take some adex despite no noticeable symptoms, how could I most effectively use 1mg doses? Again, they're caps so I cant really take a specific fraction of one.
third question: Why would someone make 1mg caps if dosages are so commonly less than that? (this question is of no priority, just a curiosity).

Alphamale500First off, you should've learned whether an A.I. should be taken as needed or not before you decided to run a cycle. With 500mg/wk of test, an A.I. is necessary and you're gonna have to find the right dose for you with bloodwork!
And your sensitive nips are likely a sign that your estradiol(e2) levels are high, so you're wrong that you haven't noticed any signs of high estrogen and everything's fine. And being that your libido is only moderately higher than normal with 500mg/wk of test is just another reason you need to get bloodwork! What you need is a lot more RESEARCH, and BLOODWORK! And I also agree with others below that you should always use pharma grade A.I.'s.
PcushionHe definitely needs to run labs, but at 25 days things are just starting to pop off so only a small increase in libido isn’t much cause for concern in itself. Last thing for the sake of educating the ones who know less and have the balls to ask for help maybe throw out a few other common estrogen sides rather than leaving it at sensitivity in the nipple. You don’t have to spoon feed him but maybe let it be known that bloating especially in the face, blood pressure, and acne are also signs of elevated estrogen. we all need to dig for ourselves and but we also all need advice at times. We all started at the same place in the game or hormones. +1 for driving the labs home my man.
Thanks I hear both of you guys. I did do the research on high and low estrogen signs. I admit I jumped the gun by not ironing out where and when I will get blood work done during the cycle. No excuses there. Appreciate the comment about asking for help. Its a little intimidating here. I would say im a slow learner with a high capacity. A lonnnnng but high peaking learning curve, lol. This leaves a lot of room for getting paddled on the butt before I figure shit out. I will lock in how i'm going to handle bloodwork before I continue seeking guidance on issues that would be better discussed with that info.

Caps are usually inferior products, and like you say you can't split the doses. So, for the future I recommend Pharma Grade Tabs. Also, the only way to tell if your E2 levels are right is to do bloods!
Ok great thank you. Are you able to disclose a pharm grade AI source? If not, and they're out there, i'll probably find some eventually. So far the websites I've checked out dont sell actual pharm grade so those sources would probably have to come from somewhere else. Unless i'm mistaken.
Pretty sure 7 of the top 10 ranked steroid sources here sell pharm AI. Just gotta check bro.
Well you'll need blood work to determine how much you need like the guys were saying below but i was thinking i woupd probably try to oprn the caps on a scale and weight out my dose, you can get a scale on amazon. That 1mg of adex is probably homogenized with some filler right? I would just pour the capsule powder on a scale a half whatever the amount is and scoop them into new capsules if it was me. But yeah you'll want blood work it see where your estrogen is at and how much adex you'll actually need. But that's how I would try to divide the 1mg...

PcushionSo dose has nothing to do with determining an AI dose. Genetics determine this. I personally know a guy that can run one gram of test and not need an AI. That said lab work is the best way to dial in your AI dose. You start shouting in the blind and that’s when shit gets complicated before you know it your asking how to get rid of gyno. Also capsules are shit man. Pharma adex doesn’t come in capsules. You buy a product that can cause real side effects you want a real solution. If you got sick would you go to someone who pretended to be a doctor bc they were cheaper...
Ok thank you for explaining about the caps. I dont know if I can talk about the lab I got them from but its domestic and their other products come very highly recommended from every source I checked. I was really surprised to see caps come. Do you know of a domestic (USA) source I could use for reliable AI? If not or if thats not allowed, thanks anyway.
