Worst lipids you’ve ever had?

ad

Just wanted to get y’all’s experience with lipids. What’s the most wrecked your lipids have ever gotten from a cycle, has anyone dropped HDL to zero?

I got my lipids retested 16 days after my doctor took bloods and my hdl went from a very low 19 to 41 and all I did was stopped taking NPP at 100mg eod and 50mg of anavar Ed and I also donated blood. All I have been running since the initial test results is 200mg test cypionate and 200mg of primobolan which isn’t supposed to be a little harsh on hdl! So all in all I would say if your lipids are in the toilet they should get better fairly quick by just donating and stopping any compounds that are hard on lipids! Hope this helps anyone with shitty lipid tests.

Just got my lipid test back today

Hdl 19mg/dl
LDL 106mg/dl

I’m pretty sure it’s the anavar that’s killing my hdl !

Bjmoney85's picture

That’s bad but my hdl has always been lower anyways! Hope it comes back up after u come off keep us posted I’m interested !

Updated my lipids!

Hopefully stopping the anavar does the trick, I am only on 500 mgs of test ew and 100 mgs NPP eod but dropped the NPP and dropping back down to TRT of 120 mgs

Hdl 25mg/dl
Ldl 99mg/dl
Triglyceride 161mg/dl

I would say this is not to bad but my worst on my blood test back in 2016. Was running 1000mg test

Those lipids seem pretty good to me man, I mean HDL is a lil low but nothing crazy

Not to bad, all my blood work is usually pretty good. I take plenty of omega 3 and fish oil also pretty clean diet. This is the worst i could find on my previous bloods.

That’s awesome man!! My doc said if I could lose about 20lbs my labs would all be great. I see makwa has some great stuff on here about diet, just keeping with it on the weekends kills me lol

Lol, im one of those guys that if i miss a meal i lose 5 lbs. On the weekend i eat whatever. I used to eat McDonald's pre work out ED 2 tripple hamburgers and lrg fries but i cut that shit out. I was still in good shape, the regular hamburger only has 7g fat 13 protein not to horrible but i cant eat shit food no more because i have really bad GERD and gastroparesis so sometimes my food doesn't pass thru my stomach fast enough, it take 4 1/2 hours when i had nuclear medicine test, but sometimes its good and moves normal speed. But i be careful these days im almost 40 so i try to be smarter these days

Yes hats crazy I wish I could do that. If I look at a cheeseburger I’ll gain 5lbs

Don't remember the exact numbers but last time I ran Superdrol (and the last time I will ever run that poison) my lipids REALLY freaked my doctor out and my liver values were so bad that she insisted that I get tested for hepatitis.

Bjmoney85's picture

Damn that’s scary as shit!!

Bjmoney85's picture

That’s crazy! I think a lot of guys don’t think about lipids when it comes toAAS I’ve just recently gotten my hdl up to 44 and ldl down to 103. But a year ago they were complete shit, I never looked at how much cholesterol was in the protein powder or canned tuna/chicken I was eating.

Keep in mind that the food you eat only accounts for a small portion (20%)of your cholesterol numbers. Your liver makes most of it, genetics plays a huge role. The whole bs that eggs are bad for your cholesterol is absolutely 20% true!

Let that fry your mind

Bjmoney85's picture

Yea I can remember at age 19 my hdl was around 37 and ldl was 119. My doc says it’s just bad genetics unfortunately.

Prior to any aas us, my worst hdl was 22, but that was 15 years ago when I had Nafld. Probably worst they've been on aas is a hdl of 37 , my ldl stays around 80.

My hdl has been as low as down to 25.
My ldl is always in a good range.
