6'1 and 180lbs...go hit the gym and kitchen then come back when you have built a base ....and then you still wouldn't be ready for tren..the you might be ready for a basic test cycle

kryptoniteThere are plenty of other options better than trenbolone as it is a very harsh drug with some nasty sides it is the only steroid that changes my liver values to high levels and i have used every steroid available.
to be honest diet is about 70% which only leaves 30% for training and supplements.
