Eat a bunch of Wendy's double stack cheeseburgers. They are on the dollar menu so you can load up.
Happy gains!

Yes, but the right amount, see a lot of guys do the "Bulk" type diet where they eat way too many calories and get fat

30 years old 510 194 i just got out of prison so im making a transition back from smith machines to free weights... and take it easy on me guys....i do High Interval stuff before i hit the weights.. but diet wise all i really eat is fish and rice variables.

Have you ever cycled before? Also, what is your training history? Even if so you need to take some time to recondition your muscles to lift heavy, free weights unassisted. Using hormones to drastically increase your strength right after a long time off from free weight training and presumably an ideal diet is begging for a soft tissue injury. At minimum get back to where you were before you did time. Sounds like you have a lot of learning to do before crossing over, but we are more than happy to help.

BTW, if you literally just got out of prison buying illegal PEDs off the internet is a terrible idea.
