Some sources list the half-life as 4.5 days, whereas others list it at 10.5 days. Others split the difference and report around 7 days.
For somebody injecting an oil into their glutes, what's the number to use?
10.5 is not real. You time by peak so that you dont have big valleys. Highs and lowes cause hormonal chaos....zits...e2 spikes dips etc.
Shreds...mon thurs...works for me. Tues fri...etc. research cryhavok. Hes posted charts, graphs etc to show half life and how chems fall out after peak.
10.5.....more towards items like bold und but i still pin biweekly.
For Test C or Test E I inject twice a week.
I split my weekly dose into 2 injections, Monday morning and Thursday afternoon.
I rotate glutes and quads. If you've never pinned quads you wanna pin outside of the quad away from the femoral artery. Searching youtube for "testosterone quad injection" will pull up plenty of how to videos.
I don't think there is any real difference in absorption from glutes and quads, it's just good to rotate your injection sites.
On simple enth/cyp...like it. I still enjoy 6 or more spots with 1.5cc max just to avoid issues

I could increase my injection sites but I would need to order more pins or grow bigger lol.
Currently using 23g 1in which works fine for glutes and quads but I don't know if I wanna pin my delts with a 23g, 23g seems a bit big for my delts.
Greg got me to try a complex cycle with 25x1 and i ran ed pins. Lifesaver! Less of a nail. Might take an extra few seconds but todays thin oils zip right thru.
I use a ricebag to warm oil and pins. Barrel is ready when it feels comfy to your lip...just like doing babys bottles. I pin slow regardless to avoid pip so....im sold on the 25s. Warming i can even use a 29 on my lean spots. Its very slow pin but so small its not bad. Half cc on slins just because it is a lot slower. Pre workout juice or small injects to offset cycle if necessary
Warming makes a huge difference. Pinning slowly is what I was always told to do. I'm gonna give 25's a try and see about getting my delts in my injection site rotation.

11 day rotation on ed pins. Which on eod or biweekly sure spreads em out. Less scar, less bolus, less pip. But of course....find what keeps you happy as well.
I have never used short esters. I pin bi-week: left glute, right glute, left quad, right quad. Sometimes my schedule has me on the move, so ed or eod pinning would have me carrying gear and pins on my person more often than I feel comfortable doing so simply due to the legality of things.
Well....easy enough....add a few pun pounts or continue as comfortable. Just thinking outside box for others that read
Test E peaks at around 24hrs in, then stays at around that level for the next 24hrs before continually dropping from there on. I would go for what the others are saying and use 7.

+1 press, this is very good and factual. Do you have one, the same graph for test prop? I see all these claims, but in all reality its activity has to be 12 hours or so?
The variance is elimination half life compared to Mean residence time.
Science bs. Just use 7 days and inject Monday morning Thursday night or similar. Every 3.5 days. Or just m/w whatever time works..
