Stupid question but I must ask.

ad

I just got a call. I’m working 16hr days until further notice. My gym does not accommodate my off hours. Is it possible to run gear and workout 2 times a week?

In my opinion it will be wasting time, money and putting your body under unnecessary stress.

Full body workout. Drop the exotic compounds. I would just stick to testosterone in that case and perhaps some low dose dbol or anadrol either pre workout or daily depending on your goals and current physique.

Don´t do splits. IMO they are overrated. Do a full body workout. Muscles get almost all the stimulus for growth and as longas long as you don´t go too high in volume nervous system fatigue won´t be that big of an issue. I think 2-3 good heavy workouts a week is all you need, gives you at least 80% of the effect you´d get from 5-6 with much less effort.

Buy a power tower and sissy squat machine.
300 bucks and you can blast your back and legs at home.
Takes up very little space.
That leaves two gym days for your other parts.
Anyone who thinks sissy squats don’t work hasn’t done them.
Pull-ups with different grips will build your back as well as anything.
It’s not perfect but intensity dictates gains, not equipment.

Unlucky man, either new gym or new job. Depends on your priorities, kit up your garden/garage maybe. Other then that I'm not sure. Quit my job many years ago due to similar problems.

You got huge balls my friend. I have too many people relying on me to provide. Wish I could say screw it. I QUIT! I’m running Tren A and NPP. Maybe I drop the NPP or cut dose in half.

So I guess it is doable I just have to make it work.

From my experience I would say drop the Tren and keep the NPP the same. You will feel more relaxed - the tren is the one that makes you wanna train, its also the one that makes you feel depressed and shitty when you don't train. To run tren everything must be going to plan - training enough and effectively, eating right and enough, hydrated 27/7. If something goes off then it all goes wrong.

You have to break it down into Basics - If you do Squats once per week for now, are those squats going to be heavier and are you going to be bigger on say 500mg's Test or natty levels?

Of course you are going to be much better on gear - I say stay on rather than loosing it all. The gear will help you retain what you have also.

Call to John ....... I know this hurts Sarah

Maybe just reduce the dosages a little from what you have been running - I know when I am nursing an injury on a shed load of gear and am having to take several days off at a time I can feel edgy as hell and uneasy as you are not expending any energy into the weights and the anxiety builds up.

Good point. Just the thought is building anxiety. I need to focus and just accept it as a challenge and overcome. I order a couple dumbbells and some resistance bands.

Thanks guys I was reluctant to ask because it just sounded stupid in my mind. I was even considering getting a few dumbbells to leave at work.

Sure.. but you will not see the same results. As these other guys said, you can always do workouts from home. And your question is not stupid.. it’s an honest one.

My suggestion bro, is try to cut. You can always do cardio at home and leave the gym days for lifting. I would get on a cycle tailored for cutting.

Bulking needs more time in the gym to break down those muscles in order to Get them to repair.

But it’s not a bad thing to just take a break until life gets a little more stable. Hope work slows down bro

Straight up broski, the cut and dry answer is that gear is for when you're ready to push it to the next level. Break the plateau and getting past PRs. Let's be honest, 2 days a week isn't pushing much. Even the weekly recommendations are 3 times a week. Imo, just wait it out.

It would be a shame to run a cycle and gain minimum results. where if you wait it out, you could train like a monster, eat like a beast, and gain like a bank.

you can do home gym workouts if you have the right equipment but from my experience home workouts are not as fun and as good as the gym. so if youre planning on blasting while you can only workout 2x a week then I think the obvious answer is wait until you can do it at least 4x a week. in the meantime take this opportunity to lose some bodyfat or add in more cardio if youre not already doing it
