What's the point actually?

Then adjust the amount or frequency to get the straightset line without peaks and valleys?
Yes exactly mate - its to get less peaks and drops of compounds being run and graphing your cycle.
It is to balance pinning frequency vs peak and stable compound levels.
The site is more about pinning frequency over dosage as you should already know the dosage you wish to run.
Steroidcalc was alot better as you could graph Ancillaries too.

Everyone says every 3 days for cyp or E and according to the graph EOD gives way better stability and release
So wouldn't everyone change their dosing to EOD then for long esters?
You have Test Prop and Suspension for EOD and ED protocols. Long esters were added so you dont have to pin as often bro!
You wanna try use the graph in a way to make for the best Pin Frequency vs Dips vs Peaks.
