Reflux from too high AI, prolactine...

ad

Since my last cycle in Aug. 2018 (1200 Sust., 600 Tren. E. per week and 0.5 Caber 3 x wk) I have permanent the feeling that I've to puke (Sometimes I've gotta). No matter what I eat, drink or if I run orals or not and so on...

And I've used a lot prescriped pain killers against my elbow surgery pain but I never had any probs with them.

I did a COMPLETE check up and everything is fine, no infections, no pancreatitis, good acid values, my whole stomach and digestive system is fine ....I only use pantoprazole.

Bloods are also fine, tomorrow I get my hormone values.

If my E2 or prolactine is too high , could this be the reason?

The doc finds nothing and psychically I've already reached my limit.

Hope anyone can help me!
I'm happy 'bout every info or advice what could help me, you can write me also a PM lads...

Pantoprazole is a Protein Pump Inhibitor (PPI) which basically limits stomach acid production. Long term use can have a few side-effects such as Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI or C-diff), which is a symptomatic infection due to a spore-forming bacterium called Clostridioides difficile. This infection has been directly linked to PPI use.

Basically, PPIs upset the balance of the natural gut flora, allowing some to develop such as C-diff which then have a negative effect on the stomach and intestines.

You can address or re-balance the gut flora with regular use of probiotics and a regular intake of vegetables and fruits, while avoiding highly processed foods.

You said that you had a complete check up - were you checked for C-diff? If not, you might find that the very thing you are taking for your gut is causing your gut problem.

stairmaster's picture

Yes , I haven't this infect.

Dacky's picture

Why were you taking caber at that dose?

stairmaster's picture

Prolactactine was very high. First time ever that I needed it.

Dacky's picture

How high are we talking here fella? Some numbers would be helpful. To give you some perspective 2mg split per week is the maximum dose for hyperprolactineamia and the levels for prolactinomas get to well over 200ng/ml.

I assume you’ve had your prolactin levels checked since going off cycle and stopping the caber?

This drug is not to be fucked around with for many reasons not least the potential for DAWS

The symptoms of DAWS include anxiety, panic attacks, dysphoria, depression, agitation, irritability, suicidal ideation, fatigue, orthostatic hypotension, nausea, vomiting, diaphoresis, generalized pain, and drug cravings. The severity and prognosis of DAWS is highly variable. While some patients have transient symptoms and make a full recovery, others have a protracted withdrawal syndrome lasting for months to years, and therefore may be unwilling or unable to discontinue DA therapy.

Yes it was very high bro! Exact amount I can tell u tomorrow.
I took 0.5mg MO WE FR.

Actually the values are in range.

As I already wrote I'll tell u all exact numbers I had / have tomorrow.

This DAWS symptomes sound scary, maybe this is the reason for my fuck up...

You hear soon from me Dacky!

Hello mate....What’s the update here?

stairmaster's picture

see PM brother!

stairmaster's picture

Yes I have small one but the doc said there's no need for a surgery .

MedDx's picture

If he got scoped they'd see that...

MedDx's picture

No problem...just talking to ya bro.. Smile

Stress/anxiety?

When I got real bad stress/anxiety, I couldn't control the urge to puke. It was horrible and completely uncontrollable... watering mouth and everything. like sea sickness almost

So the question I'd ask you... is; how's the head?

stairmaster's picture

No brother definitely not , no stress or anxiety.
I'm relaxed most of the time.

giardap's picture

Glad to hear that big man!!

The only other thing I can think of is SIBO.

Could you drop all sugars and carbies for a week and see how you get on?

stairmaster's picture

I can try !

giardap's picture

you'd know within 2 weeks or so

I suggest it as I had a problem with gerd. had the camera down the throat etc. similar to you, couldnt see anything.

Realised it was a 2 thing problem. 1 was stress, closing my lower valve in my throat had to drink pint of water to force food down. 2nd was a type of SIBO caused by the bb high carb/fast sugars lifestyle.

When i fixed both (just removed all fast sugars including vitargo, ad then lowered carb intake and used ony cous cous) both went away. Always comes back after drink sugars drinks for few days in a row or when eating 100g carb meals etc.
worth a try. We can do anything for 2 weeks, ya know?!

stairmaster's picture

Hi bro!

Without sugar is it far worse than with! What helps is balsamic vinegar, fat and (no joke!) red bull!

Normally things they promote issues like mine

This is something i have been wondering about for a long time. When my E gets high i get the constant feeling that i have to burp, but its hard to get out. It then gets trapped in my stomach bloating me up, and makes it even harder and harder to get those burps out. If i do get one out, it comes with acid reflux. I ran some TNE a few weeks ago and it spiked my E after a few days, got all the usual high E symptoms including the burp/acid reflux issue. Stopped TNE and upped aro and when high E symptoms went away so did the burps. This was just the most recent, but it has happened many times in the past. I have no understanding of why it happens or how to fix it other than dropping E but this has just been my experience.

MedDx's picture

X2...

pickle's picture

Shit you get it too?

MedDx's picture

Yes. It's been a while, though. When the doses are high and AI not on point, the burn will stay around for a while. Eating always made it go away, but then it'd come back. Once steady administration of AI began, I felt some relief.

stairmaster's picture

That means u have also stomach probs when your E2 is high or even over the roof?

pickle's picture

I dont know exact E2 numbers when this happens but i do know it spikes pretty high in the short term when running TNE. Last bloods i pulled on TNE were about 4 hours after shot, total test was 8,800 and E2 was like 165 i think. Lately AI dose has been up so im guessing spikes are closer to 80-100 maybe even low 100s. Still high regardless.

No idea E2 could cause stomach problems like that.

https://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/anabolic-steroids/glutamine-to-...

Never had this issue myself. Might try glutamine. Article above talks about it repairing stomach lining, helping with heartburn

Carafate works differently than protonix, maybe worth a shot

Liver values ok?

stairmaster's picture

I use Glutamine, makes no difference for me if I use it or not.

Alright I'll ask my doc regarding Cara.

Liver values are a bit bad at the moment cause I run Oral Tren but I had the issues already before the OT cycle were I had excellent values.

MedDx's picture

How long on pantoprazole?

Have any other cycles caused this, and if so, what doses were used?

Have you ever used rantidine?

When did your last cycle end?

stairmaster's picture

Already 8 weeks on Pantoprazole...I feel no difference!

No I never had this prob before!

I'm actually running Sust , Provi and Oral Tren but as mentioned aboved it makes no difference if I use any oral compound or not...

MedDx's picture

How far along with what you're currently running?

I'd pull some more BW and see what's going on inside your body. See if doc will do it again...

johnmarshall12's picture

Hopefully this will fade over time as it is an after effect of the cycle. However, this is pure guessing! No one on here can give you an answer. It would be ridiculous to diagnose a patient without an exam.

If it keeps up go for an Endoscopy!

stairmaster's picture

The cycle was months ago mate.

I already had one, all fine!

press1's picture

Ozninja is probably a good guy for you to speak to on this bud, I suffer from this also I think caused initially from my heavy drinking days then it never went away. Tren & orals no doubt makes it 10 times worse when you are on it, but when off I tend to just use rennies to get through training as they don't cause lethargy like proper medication does for me. I also find protein drinks and milkshakes really help keep acid levels neutralized as well as keeping well away from spicy foods and just keeping food intake high without going for too longer periods and becoming starving and creating excessive acid. I'm sure you already know all this if you get it worse than me but some bits may help.

You've just finished a Trenbolone cycle during which you used various Anti-anxiety medication to tolerate running the tren - Do you really think you should be giving me advice on liver health?! Cheeky sh**

LMAO. Go mate...good to see you filling in for me ;-)

Thebully's picture

Could it be anxiety related?

stairmaster's picture

No mate, I don't think so...

stairmaster's picture

I am bulking but I don't eat junk.

you should also see a gastroenterologist

I already have but he has found nothing , all is fine!

juiceball8082's picture

Have you been scoped a gi doc?

stairmaster's picture

yes, a complete check up read above!

juiceball8082's picture

Yeah then I'm stomped on this one.
