never had acne in my life, ever. used proviron at 50mg/day for 8 weeks last cycle and never got more than a pimple or two. so ime, no it doesnt but it seems based on other guys reports below if your acne prone chances are youll get it from proviron

Never had bad acne sides until ran proviron. Cystic type acne on forehead , it was horrible. Only compound that ever did that.
All the others , maybe some slight back acne. Will never run proviron again lol

Yes, that's a possibility. Generally though, if you have your estro under control, you won't have as many problems with acne.

I guess anything is possible. Proviron is DHT. Are you on cycle now? If so what are you taking? I did not notice any breakouts when I took provrion.
