Bold is notorious for raising hemoglobin , and causing high blood pressure , try donating blood. I would pull bloods to because your estro could be high , might not have your AI dialed in correctly. (No offense).
Alphamale500Eating garlic or supplementing with garlic extract, increasing your potassium intake, eating chocolate, or taking red yeast rice supplement can help lower blood pressure.
Garlic is a wonder drug, nice!
But ya wanna be taking milk thistle with the ryre, in case of liver issues, especially if on AAS
Supplementing with potassium while on AAS (which promote serious potassium retention) can case horrible cramps/spasms. Shouldnt do that without bloods to measure potassium first.
Alphamale500Garlic can certainly do amazing things and best of all, it's all natural. I take milk thistle and others for my liver all yr round to maintain my liver health. I hear what you're saying about potassium retention, but I wasn't suggesting supplementing with it which is a total waste of time anyhow because of the small amounts in supps, but just eating some bananas or whatnot to get some potassium that we all need. But, good point!
More water
Less salt
Clean diet
Cardio
Lower carbs
Blood donation
Respect
Dope
Nice work!!!!
EQ is known to thicken your blood.
Dropping it might help.
Lisinopril. And be done with it.
COQ10 has helped my BP
Alphamale500I take it also.CoQ10 can be very beneficial for many issues involving the heart and cardiovascular system. CoQ10 should always be taken with black pepper extract to increase absorption. Actually, Shoprite makes a good CoQ10/Black pepper extract blend! Some other great supps to take along with CoQ10 are fish oil/omega 3's, Policosanol, Grape seed extract, trans-Resveratrol, and Garlic extract.
BP is the most common issue we face. Aromasin won't lower BP. Take some potassium, do cardio, and read the article posted by Carlos. If all else fails go to a Doc for Meds!
Cardio and donate blood.. eat clean low sodium
thank you.
