Better gains from once a week or from more?
EDIT: thank you for your input, I’m just over thinking it. Whatever differences exist between the questions I’m asking are insignificant. Diet, exercise and consistency play a far greater and more important role.
I have been looking into esters and blood levels of testosterone lately and this raised a question in my mind.
Would you get better results injecting a larger dose once a week which would achieve higher peak levels, or by injecting twice a week(or even thrice) and having more stable levels with lower peaks but also higher lows. This question deals with long esters, but I suppose it could apply to short esters with ED vs EOD too.
On a similar train of thought, after digging around old posts about TNE it appears people primarily use it for pre-workout but I was wondering how much of a boost it gave it muscle building, if any with its short half-life.

TNE you would need to inject every 6 hrs everyday if you run it as a cycle.
It wouldn’t be as a cycle. Just as preworkout, but wondering how much of an effect it would have on muscle building besides the increased aggression. Somewhere in the 30-50mg range 3x week

but because i am able to train heavier, longer, and more focused...,along with eating.., that way it helps with muscle.
i train intense and always follow a PL program. so i just dont go to the gym and do 30 sets of bi's chasing a latic acid pump. I go in there to tear muscle fibers and then eat and sleep to build more muscle and strength.
If you are not training intense and smart i wouldnt bother with tne and just take an otc pwo. I would recommend the ECA stack.
I experimented with TNE pre workout and decided it didn't really do much except make me feel like a pincushion... I bounced over to methyltest and I really liked that for heavy days but the toxicity is pretty nasty ... I may or may not try it again

No - An extra 90mg of test per week will not make a difference to muscle building.
I have seen many reporting monstrous gains on Test suspension/TNE only cycles but you have to be seriously committed as it means pinning 2 to 3 times every single day generally totalling around 1g per week. Personally I can't see how this can be anymore productive long term than a slightly higher amount of Test E once it has built up in the system - But they say it is...

True. Switching up my TRT from 100mg every 3.5days to 200mg IM weekly. I’ll see if I notice a difference in my lifts and body composition.
PcushionEveryone is different. I keep logs of anything I do involving hormones, diet, training etc. I suggest you do the same. It will give you something to look back on. When you find something that’s different something that stands out write it down and post back about it.
I see you partially did your research. You did dis around about TNE, but note esters. Anyhow the frequency of injection is up t Mobile the individual. You will find opinions on both side of the coin. Me, personally, TRT weekly, cycles I split. I chose to split to lower the volume of the injection because maybe runnig other compounds with my test. Do I personally see a difference, no, but that's just me. Either way will produce results as long as everything else is tuned in.
I suggest you do more research this site if a fountain of knowledge.

TNE is useless as muscle builder. There is a reason people use it for pre workout. As far as one dose vs split dosing it won't make much difference and isa an individual choice. I prefer split. Just my opinion.

Not trying to be lazy or ask about esters in this post, was asking what results people had seen from different frequency of injection.
It doesn't matter if u pin prop, ena., cyp or whatever...
Diet and a good workout routine are the most important parts in this sport.
To answer your second quest, whats important is a constant ester level of the compound u run.
