Beginner Needs Help

I am presently measuring in at 5’ 9” and 160 lbs. I am fed up with being a punching bag and picked on. I have lifted all my life but always been an impossible gainer. I am needing a stack I can take the first go round that will make noticeable changes. PLEASE HELP ME!

Heart my friend heart is most important. If you have that go get a heavy bag and start learning how to throw a solid punch. Go take some self defense classes or boxing classes. Learn to have no fear this is important when fighting.
Train in MMA and you''ll gain the confidence to stand up to bullies. Size isn't the issue. You lack the confidence to defend yourself. That'll only come with training in skills that'll protect you. You can walk around 200 lbs and still be scared of getting into an altercation.
PcushionBrother gear doesn't stop you from being picked on. Grabbing you balls and standing the fuck up for yourself will though. Worst case scenario is you take ass whooping... who cares brother it builds character and self respect. Man I have had my ass kicked a few times fact. I also owned every single one of them. Any man who says he hasn't had his ass kicked is either full of crap or never even been in a 1 on 1 confrontation. Brother who ever is bothering you I guarantee you this, next time they open their mouth if you rearrange their shit they wont fuck with you ever again.

Exactly. If you let someone get away with it once then they will believe that they have a permission slip to fuck with you. Win lose or draw you have to put an end to that shit as soon as it starts.

PcushionYeah man when I was younger I did for sure I always felt little, on edge, and like a piece of shit. This one day in the fourth grade I was walking from the lunch room line and I saw the guy laughing and carrying on and something just snapped man. I carried my tray over to his table and took it upside his head. I hit him with it until the tray slipped from my hands and then just kept hitting him with my hands until the PE teacher pulled me off. That ended that shit with him. After that I just didn't give a fuck I was going to have my dignity. End result is I have caught some ass beatings and given some ass beatings. One things for sure you take them less and less every time you square up.
Bodybuilding and my size came after the fact and actually having no correlation to being picked on. I gotta say size is a big deterrent though lol.
Feels great getting your own back on someone who's picked on you doesn't it. I had someone who went at me constantly at school from age 12 to 14, roped in anyone else he could too along the way against me. Ruined my school life during those years. One thing about me is I never ever forget pal when someone has really upset me - I will hold revenge inside me for decades until its got. I ran into him 8 years later in a nightclub - he came and sat the other side of my GF and her pal. I just lent forward and looked at him and said 'Do you remember me' and he said laughing 'oh yeah'... Mate I just launched straight at him and cracked him square on in the jaw, I was only benching 3 plates a side natty at the time but it sent him to sleep like a sack of shi* straight away on the floor. No one had ever seen that side of me & not one of his 10 pals he was with would come anywhere near me for the rest of the night. He got thrown out lol

Being picked on can often be a sign that you are just a decent, nice and happy person. Bullies are always very depressed and miserable people and will naturally hate you because of this. It's based around envy as they wish they were happy like you. My advice is not to change who you are, but who you mix with and spend your time around. Putting on weight and size can deter people initially though - You are best attending MMA and fighting classes than weight training as this will change your confidence levels and you will come across differently, plus people crap themselves when they find out you do it regularly.
I’m new as well. Do some hardcore research Reno. This game is no joke. After researching I quickly realized how serious these compounds are and how you can really do damage to your health and your life. Make some friends here that are advanced/experienced and use the search. You can find some safer compounds along with a strict quality diet and dedication and drive in the gym and you will get results. Also get some quality sleep. Sleep is when you grow and recover. But remember your health is most important and also size don’t make you tough. Heart does.

Calories are gonna determine your weight. You need to stay sore and in a calorie surplus and you will gain weight. People think gains are about gear but in reality they are about nutritional timing and intake. Eat
It sounds to me like you are probably too young to do this? If you are still in grade school or college and being picked on is your problem then I suggest some Muy Thai and Brazilian jiu jitsu lessons. That will take you way further than steroids in the self defense game.

In my opinion there's no such thing as a hard gainer unless you have an illness, you're just not eating enough food to gain mass. If you can't gain without steroids then you can't gain with steroids. Steroids don't magically build muscle you still have to eat train and sleep right. Steroids just enable you to go beyond what is naturally possible. If you do a cycle right now you won't gain anything and will just have to deal with your hormones being out of whack without anything to show for it.
You need to eat more.
I give that statement all the time. A guy I work with is 6'3 and 125 pounds maybe 140.
Claiming he cant gain weight. I say you not eating enough.
He replied I eat a bunch.
I hand him my bowel of chicken and rice. 6 oz chicken and cup of rice. Said eat this 6 times a day. Plus a half gallon of milk a apple banana and orange plus nuts and yogurt. Dont for get 12 eggs and 2 cups oat meal was break fast Then eat a big dinner . Boom you will grow. He said fuck all that and walked off.

This is the same kind of advise I was told and it worked.
What’s your diet like? How many calories protein etc. doesn’t matter how much gear you use if your diet isn’t right. I didn’t gain the first 8 months of working out until somebody showed me how much and what to eat.
