What substances improves the most in swimming?
I am 19 years of age and have been training Swimming for about 11 years of my life so far. In the past 3 years I have also started to go the gym with my club to improve my endurance. As I have been browsing this website for the past week or so I have seen how good and knowledgeable of a community this is with a great variety of interests.
After going back and forth between 80-85kg and 7-9% bodyfat for the past year and the fact that i have started to study at a university has lead me to not improve over the course of the year. The food that i intake is always controlled and calculated so that I can get the right amounts of what I need and have been taking more and more normal supplements. Even though all these efforts to improve I have not.
Swimming on a national level has always been the case for me so improving has always been demanded by the club. But as I feel a I am stuck as of now I thought that taking some sort performance enhancer would help me reach my goals of improving.
The things that I have been looking at is Winstrol after heavy research I can't think of anything better (Oral). But that is where the awesome community of eroids come in. I live in Sweden so the customs are not very nice here so a site I have been looking at is pharmacom.in as they have a shipping guarantee. If you know what is best for improving in a challenging sport as swimming and how much of that substance I would really appreciate all feedback and suggestions. (But keep in mind that as i said I am a university student and my budget is quite low i have about 100 Euros including shipping and as I am also a beginner in the steroid use nothing to heavy would be apreciated aswell)

This guy is on a national level....which is just below olympic (int'l)...
Why should he NOT be thinking PEDs? The swimming conglomerate competitive circuit will NOT wait for OP to turn 25...

Hey man I see you're 19 yrs old. :/ I understand achieving your goals is what you have on your mind just don't get tunnel vision with AAS. Ask yourself these couple questions
- do you want to stick yourself with a needle for the rest of your life? Because you probably will have to if you start AAS at 19.
- do you want to have kids one day?
-do you want to spend all kinds of money at the doctors because your body is messed up because of using AAS so early.
These are just a few questions to ask yourself man. I'm telling you right now in the long run you'll surpass your swimming buddies just train hard eat right and stay focused bud

Telford786I agree J1980, if you are swimming at a high level why take the risk and once you start it's in your system some AAS can remain in your system a long time. Your body is still growing and developing change up your training alter your diet, don't go the AAS way, you
May just have a bright future ahead as a swimmer, don't ruin it by using AAS.
I have competed on national level for 3 years and have never been checked for illegal substances so far. Many of my friends whom where way down lower on the scoreboards then me just 7 months ago has now surpassed me after they used their first steroid cycle. They went from high 24's to low 23's after using so it helped them improve alot. But as the community is wise and smart around here i will listen to what you have said move and change my diet.
Any specific supplements if you anything about that, that you would recomend then?

You are way to young to even be considering any form of AAS. Train harder and eat better. That's all the advice that you'll get here.
