+ 1 post show rebound / 3rd in Novice - Awesome experience

just want to start off by saying that im not mad in my placing if anything it woke up a beast inside of me. one of stated my size but the guy next to me with the same shorts weighs in at 165-168 ON STAGE i was only 142 point is that i stood my own in my class i feel like if i would of had a better peek week then i would of got top 4. With me knowing that and knowing i got size to go then im going to take a year off and get back on stage at the same show next year to win my novice class at the minimum! looking to bulk up to 165-170 max keep my waist at 30" scale wont be that important but keeping me tight will.

this experience was so amazing i remember when i first bought my muscle development magazine that i bought from target. guy that caught my attention was the big JAY CUTLER ever since then i got addicted to the gym but i did a "dirty bulk" so we know how that went haha so then just thought i would never be able to step on stage that i would just be a fan and never experience the diet face, sleeping all day before the show from a crazy prep and not to mess up your first coat of tanning then waking up on show day pumped up buy so drained and heading to get your second coat. even go back to pumping up before you hit the stage like you would see all the greats do before they hit the stage. honored that i did take home 1 medal wished it was 2 but its just an honor being able to hold my own against those guys that have more experience under their belt and a lot heavier so if i keep my waist small and grow to be able to get on stage 10-15 lbs heavier i know ill win. cant wait for whats to come in this year to get ready for my next show and win for my redemption.

post show rebound:
saturday
+ i had 10 oreos, 1 whole pop tart, popcorn and a pizza join dinner at venice beach.
sunday
+ i had my egg whites, brunch all you can at a mexican place, pizza rolls for super bowl and had a ham cheese egg sandwich light on some mayo with gluten free bread, 2 mini bowls of cereal
monday
+ 6 egg whites 2 whole eggs , ground turkey / asparagus , ground turkey / asparagus , protein shake 3 rice cakes , special brownie 1/4 of 1 , shredded chicken with green beans and 2 eggs

  • did backday and felt amazing / finished up with 1 hr cardio 14 incline 3.0 speed

tuesday
+ 6 egg whites 2 whole eggs , 190g ground turkey / 100g asparagus , raisen canes ( delicious chicken tender place 4 pieces with 1.5 slice of toast and about max of 1/2 fries

  • doing chest tonight with another hour of cardio

counting today as my high carb day and working with a vet from venice now so he wants me to carb cycle
so today was supposed to be 300 tomorrow 175 then 50-75 keto style for 2 days then repeat. since i had another cheat today just now im using today as a high carb day and start my cycling
taking rpg from red con before my cheat and from now on 2x a day on my highest carb meal

Mind if i ask what yournwater strategy was, post show? Did you keep a level of diuretic going and taper off or how did you approach?

I checked out your pics bro! Props for getting up on stage! I bet you look great right now that you have all them carbs and sodium back in the body! You should post up a pic of you now! I bet you look full as fuk! Keep grinding get back on it lift heavy eat big and come back better than ever ready for next year!
