Getting Stonger
ad
I currenly started a 5/3/1 program do boost some of my lifts. I am about to turn 26 in May and for some reason the past month or so my lift have increased about 25-35 pounds in each category and I'm not complaining and Maybe this is a stupid question but I have never ran a cycle before and was just wondering is it possibly something with my body or age bracket that would cause this to happen. Current stats 25 years of age 6 ft 1 235 pounds 16-17 percent body fat. Bench 420. Dead 600. Squat 535.

NattyMeeNo advice from here just one thing:
Nice stats
NattyMeeNothing against the people on the board, but getting that total with 5/3/1 is crazy, maybe you should go find a powerlifting club, where you can have your technique critisized and some help to increase your numbers further.
It is a rare sight to see a natty with no cycles before bench 420(but it is awesome).
Thanks man. During this I did up my caloric intake by about 1500 calories. I had a California body fat test done and I believe this was a huge factor. Getting proper instruction in how much I burn vs take in. Also I started powerlifting at 17 but was lifting previous to that because of football. I do train on with a team but I recently switched to a new barbell center because I move. I was advised to start a 5/3/1 with stats at the time. Still at 395 making a jump to 420 was quite surprising. My squat was 500 and my dead was 575. All of these numbers are just rounded to the closest whole number.
gains come in spurts. Enjoy it while it lasts cause it may be another 3-4 months or more before it happens again.
Improvement of technique, CNS stimulation, mind to muscle connection, better nutrition
Puberty.
Bahahahaha that's good
