I believe that some men's bodies are more developed to grow muscles while other have to train harder and take protein supplements. Anyway it depends on if bodybuilding is your hobby or work. You can always decide if to take additional suuplements or sweat and push more
Interesting but very true. Us with the not so great genetics have to be more scientific about our everything to attain great results but it can be done. He talked about high insertions but he didn't talk about a lower potential for growth because of this and that's the biggest problem not the shit he was talking about. That's why guys with high calf insertions just can't get them big. There's only so mjch potential for growth when the muscle is so damn short.
ArmedAnother point he also failed to mention was that low muscle insertions (insertions further from the joint) may have greater force production but less potential for speed. High insertions (insertions closer to the joint) can be advantageous for certain sports and positions due to a shorter ROM.
