Eating on the day of your show? What gets you pumped?

Just wanting different experiences on people who competed.
What was your breakfast like on the day of the show? What did you eat pre judging? After predjudging? Before the night show?

Getbigordietrying304breakfast the day of the show for me was 4 ounces sirloin and 4 ounces sweet potato.. And as it got closer had some sour patch kids and pop tarts which helped fill me out before pre judging and brought out the veins. And in between before the night show and after pre judging had some rice and beans from a Spanish restaurant and chicken. Filled me up nicely and then did the sour patch kids and pop tarts same as pre Judging. And sipped on water as needed. It helps running a peak week 3-4 weeks to see what works and what doesn't. And you should know how your body responds to certain things by then.
It depends, I'll start ro slowly carb load the day before with oats/ white potatoes/rice, ect.. maybe a granola bar or two for some simple carbs.... then I see how full I am the morning of. If I need more I'll maybe hit a sugar bar of choice. Some people eat shitty carbs the day before or hrs with fantastic results. I'd rather not carb spill so I take a conservative approach. After pre-judging the winner is decided....so for the evening have another 100 carbs of whatever if needed.
mustafa5903Lol I was having captain crunch backstage and it worked perfectly well. Another one of my boys messed up bad by over doing the honey smh
