+ 1 Bicep Plateau
ad
Hey I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions on getting past a bicep plateau? I am 40 been running a program along the lines of this.
Mon-Chest/Back/Abs
Tue-Shoulder/Arms
Wed-Legs/Abs
Thu-Chest/Back
Fri-Shoulder/Arms
Sat-Legs
Sun-Off
I always change the exercises for the body parts on the second session of the week to mix it up like lets say Tuesday arms I will do 3 exercises 4 sets a piece 12-20 reps each high volume, and on Friday I will 4 exercises 3 sets a piece 6-8 reps heavy. I took a couple months off first time in about 4-5 years some health issues, and just a long rest to re-shock my body. Everything is cleared up lost almost 20 lb. of mass but ready to hit it with a vengeance, and break my previous marks. -Thanks-

GnarkillI haven't been a member long but a avid reader here for a long time when makwa comments you listen this guy knows his shit for real and if you need diet info he's the one for sure he should be paid for his advice you can't get that for free and for someone to just help for free is genuinely nice
I started his routine yesterday looked legit to me!
John meadows training
Google "blood flow restriction training"
Occlusion training. Done it with legs before but never with arms.
