When do you guys pin?

Alright so I got a question for you guys, I’ve always pinned my GH post workout and then before bed, currently at 6iu a day split with weekends off. I recently however have heard some talk about guys loading there weekly doses into three day splits. So for example if you took 10iu a day at 50 a week you would approximately 16iu M/W/F split 8/8. I’ve never tried this but was hoping if any of you more seasoned vets had any input. Mainly do you still see the same results? Thanks.

Quarter past eleven, or sometimes I will do it at eleven fifteen.
Depends on the wind direction tbh.

Whats everyones opinion on Meal Timing around pinning? I'm about to jump on and will be waking at 4am everyday and plan on pinning first thing, but is there any importance of worrying about meal timing? I'm gaining at the moment and not cutting down if that matters

I pin at 5am when i wake up. Workout 7am. On non workout days i still pin the minute i wake up.

Dacky (username) does loading days and says works well, check him out.
I would however do Monday -Friday 6iu, 3iu+3iu AM and PM.

All guys I know pin AM and PM and on workout days AM and PRE.

Dosage: 50/50 of the daily total amount. (example 4IU a.m. / 4IU pre)

Does the HGH not make you feel tired at all mate?? When I've tried it in the past all I then want to do is get into bed and sleep - I can't imagine for a second then going off to the gym and training on it. I want to be able to run it but don't know how people get over the tiredness it creates.

As Makwa already said it doesn't makes u tired. But it increases the quality of your sleep.

I like HGH Ed! This is strictly my opinion, but if you're doing 6 IU ed if it's good stuff or Pharma grade it should make much difference when you inject. Remember HGH takes weeks to really build up IGF-1 levels so time of day on any given shot is IMO not of much significance. Just my opinion.

I’m doing eod hgh shots right now. I’ve read to many studies to ignore the difference it has on hyperplasia vs ed injections.

With EOD shots, if doing 10iu do you split that up into two 5iu shots a few hours apart? or jam all 10ius at once?

One thing I’ve noticed with changing to EOD shots is less water retention. Very good results.

Question, are you working out in the morning? You really want to get a shot in quick when you wake up because it helps drop cortisol which naturally spikes in the morning.

I workout first thing when I wake up and take my first injection after the workout when my insulin should be lowest to maximize the effects. Then eat my 6 meals then once again right before bed. Monday-Friday and then sat sun off.

A bit. 10 iu EOD. I just try to train harder because if I’m tired enough it doesn’t matter.
