Using humatrope 72 iu 24 mg

I stopped using what I was sold as pharma grade Norditropin, not a source from here I might add, which was in a vial and I have no ordered Lilly Humatrope 72 iu 24 mg, a trusted source from eroids - review to follow once i have used it long enough, but it's a pen with a diluent and a separate HGH cartridge.
My question is can i use insulin pins to extract the required daily iu dosage of HGH instead of using the pen and it's dial knob?
I have read that the high cartridge is fragile and can crack under the internal pressure of daily withdrawals from pins.
Any replies from those who have actually tried this would be great.

No need for it. I use bacteriostatic water in these, 3.6ML in the cartridge yields 1IU per 5units on insulin syringe making dosing very easy. The mixing kit comes with 3.15 making dosing annoying so I did this. Also push a little air in to extract gh out (slowly).
2 months on 30 mins after pinning 2IU sub q
Serum gh 3.7 (should have waited more than 30min but had to hurry up)
IGF-1 levels were 499
Prolactin a couple points high
No change in thyroid markers
No change in fasting blood glucose
Hemoglobin A1c 5.1
using 2IU am and wait a while to eat, 1IU pm.
AnonI have used many of the 72iu huma's you will need to use a slin pin to extract it, the decide that comes in the package only allows you to mix it not inject it. the only pharma GH that comes with the pen that can be used for setting dose and injecting is Genotropin
Excellent. I just double checked the order and saw it is only the diluent mixing apparatus , hgh cartridge and not the actual pen device. I was reading the humatropen PDFs and the 'how to videos' from their site linked to YouTube.
On that note, I then dont have to use the 3ml diluent that come with the product - I could just use my own sterile water for injection, and adjust the dosage calculation based ml of water mixture or is safest to just mix using the 3ml diluent that comes with the product and do my daily dosage calculation from that?
AnonI will be very difficult not to use the diluent that comes with the cartridge, my advice is to use it. Otherwise it becomes complicated and not worth damaging what is an expensive cartridge. Just my advice.

AnonCool, happy to help. I put the slin pin into the reddish rubber end then push the other grey rubber bung end with a pencil, it's like a cylinder effect, as you push on one end it fills the syringe
The water goes into the hgh cartridge but the high cartridge is free of the mixing apparatus once it is mixed - no? Couldn't I withdraw the mixture directly from the hgh cartridge, once mixed obviously, using the skin pin. From your description and the picture created in my head i still need the grey water mixing plunger part post mixing.
Or am i overcomplicating things and you simply mean, once mixed, slin pin needle in the red rubber bit, push with grey plunger and pull the syringe plunger to desired iu?
apologies for the stupid question but only ever used vials that i mixed myself.
**edit - just found a video on YouTube showing the extraction from the cartridge with a slin pin and he didn't use the grey plunger part - it's all clear in my head now. I'll consider using the diluent mixture plunger if there is something funky with the pressure or if i can't get the last of the hgh out.

AnonYou are right once you use the mixing device the cartridge is independent and yes you could withdraw all the liquid into a separate, however given the choice of storaging it in a airtight sealed cartridge or a slin pin. I prefer the cartridge but that a choice thing, you can do either no issue
