+ 2 Tumeric to relieve gh pain??

ad

So recently I’ve bumped my hgh up to 8 iu Ed split am/pm. The usual light joint swelling and fairly brutal hand swelling and pain. I had a good conversation w a old school bodybuilder who’s had many injuries and surgeries. Long story short the man was preaching on me the help he was getting from tumeric. So I go and purchase a bottle and try it out. 2 days later I wake up w very little hand pain/swelling. So I take it for a week and nothing. So I decide to not take it for a day and boom wake up hands full of pain and swollen. Then the tumeric taken again and gone. So I guess my question is anyone else have a good experience w tumeric to help w the carpetunnel symptoms? If u are having the issue I’d highly rec giving it a try!

Turmeric has many health benefits. Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It’s a great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Many have taken and has helped with arthritis as well. I know there’s many other benefits that I cannot remember at the moment. My wife and her friends swear by it. They’ve felt so much better since they have started it. I’m going to start taking it because I have minor arthritis and also for the anti-inflammatory benefits. I don’t like or want to take pills for that so I figured why not? All I’ve heard are good things. I’m glad to hear it has helped you.

I saw an ex-cancer patient in a documentary once saying they were cured by taking a lot of Tumeric powder - it was very expensive to do but obv worth it as she swore it was the one thing that saved her life +

It was some time ago now, about a year I think. Just one of those things that ends up sticking in your head - she imported loads of the stuff over from India directly from the source to be able to take such high amounts of it.

I never knew thats what cancer cells use to grow! - So I guess the patients are ordered to cut out all sugars and carbs then? Plus going through the chemo must be mental hell on earth ....

80%?! Jesus that's so high - too high in fact. I'm not sure which would be the better way to go, a steroid related death or cancer, both don't bare thinking about.

Yes it's a good supplement as an and-inflamatory. Works on GI issues as well as joints.
