Trying to put together my first HGH cycle
Hey guys, I’m trying to get some input on a first gh run. I’m coming up on 45, and have run 1/2 dozen gear cycles in my time, starting in my late 30’s. My last 2 cycles (approx 1 per year) were basically EQ and test, and ran into the 16-18 wk length. I decided to skip the big cycle this last year, and just switch to TRT. I’m 6’1” and was a lean 275, 2 months after my last EQ cycle. I loved the mass, but honestly my joints and tendons were not enjoying that much strength at 44. In the last 4 months, I’ve intentionally dropped down to about 260 and have been feeling better. Unfortunately about 3 weeks ago I had a partial tear in my brachialis. That’s meant no bicep training whatsoever, including 95% of my back workouts. Medical provider is guessing 6-8 weeks before I’m going to be able to go hard again, but I’m freaking out about getting soccer player arms in the meantime! Anyway I want to try gh to speed up the healing. My goal is healing so I’m thinking of a one time therapeutic dose and cycle, rather than any sort of long term muscle mass gain. The info I’m finding is pretty spotty regarding a dosing scheme, and any help would be greatly appreciated!

in your case a better and less expensive choice for healing would be the TB-500 Peptide (Thymosin Beta 4). Look it up it works.
Head to the review section and look through GH sources, find a solid one that looks good to you, there are plenty! Start with a low dose (1iu) and work your way up. I made the mistake of starting too high on some very potent GH (3iu) and got nasty side effects, CTS to the point i couldnt pick up a fork. Titrating dose up helps get the body used to the GH and minimize side effects. Sleep, hair, recovery, skin, pumps all better since starting.
With a smaller dose, i recommend pinning first thing in the morning to start out.
nobody889On one site, the recommended dosage at 2iu/day or 4iu x 3 per week, is taken as the golden dosage. So, will 1iu/day will be too less?
It is happened to me to know that there are lots of HGH sources who provided different ones. But, the 191 amino acids will be a good choice.
The HGH should help overall with the injury and overall fitness. As far as dosing goes it depends on brand. Generic you need more Pharma 2 IU's a day should be a good starting point.
When it comes to hgh dosages and timing protocols you will get ten different answers from ten different people. I’ve tried five different protocols at this point. Have had “slightly” different benefits from each. But the fact is, running any hgh is always a big plus.
