Protocol for getting bloods done
Hey guys, sorry if this is a complete noon question but I can't seem to find a straight answer as a lot of people do it differently.
So I'm about to start angtropins next week and want to get my baseline IGF-1 levels tested on the weekend. Going in on Saturday morning (after a 12 hour flight home where I'll be taking 2mg xanax to fall asleep, don't know if this makes a difference to IGF..?)
So my question is should I fast and not eat on the flight? Would it be better to just wait and get my bloods done on Monday morning?
And secondly, was planning to get my follow up IGF-1 levels tested about 1 month into cycle, 4IU ED split morning/5pm sub q. What protocol should I follow for those bloods? Fasting? Higher dose shot on morning of test?

GnarkillWait till Monday so you don't have any Xanax in there and when ever I get bloods I fast no food or alcohol after 8pm for me
