Ketogenic diet and hgh

ad

Im curious what would happen when taking GH while in ketosis. Im talking long term fat adaptation. Is there anyone with knowledge or experience with this topic?

I was thinking the same thing. Im no expert on hg and insulin. My knowledge lies with aas but isnt it insulins job to shuttle the carbs to your muscle. Insulin is suppressed when you take exogenous growth so thats why you supplement with exogenous insulin as well before you eat a large meal so your muscles store all the food? Im pretty new to this side of things so im just trying to gather as much info as i can. My thought If you were already on a good amount of test. Say 1g you should still benefit from increases protein synthesis while the gh worked strictly of burning fat and healing.

Keto diets suck for lifters. They are only good for massive and fast fat loss and most beneficial to obese populations. Like John said, GH is to shuttle glycogen into the muscle. Look into carb cycling, I.m sure it would be a better option to lose fat and increase LBM, especially if you're on GH.

I imagine you would lose fat, but the point of GH is to shuttle Glycogen into the muscles which means you need carbs to get the max effect! I don't think this is a good idea!
