Information and experience on hgh

ad

Have been training for 8years on and off with numerous cycles of steroids . Iam interested in a hgh cycle, has anyone any experience on their first hgh cycle and was it worth it as I have seen the price and it seems expensive.

Cheers .

I'm a big hgh fan myself 3-4 iu Ed been on 17 mths and I'll admit at first mth(1-6) only noticed fat lose and better skin ,after mth 10 muscle development and growth I'm gonna stay on as long as I can.if you can't put 10 mths to a year on hgh then it is a waste of time as far as muscle growth ,and I always use test or another oil with my hgh for Best results

It is a great metabolic supplement. It increases t4 to t3 conversion. T3 being the master metabolism hormone. As previously mentioned, you need to work the metabolic increase if you want to either maintain or build muscle (build by other means than rhgh that is).

Forget muscle building... thats for food and AAS.

I cannot stress enough the benefit of an improved t4-t3 conversion without actually taking t3. .. all the benefits start from there if you ask me

Biggest questions are "what are you running with it and what is the purpose/goal you seek in using it" which will get better answers.

My personal experience has been:

  • Excellent fat loss and overall maintenance even if not eating clean or as clean as most

  • Younger looking skin, excellent nail growth, hair growth (wherever you may have hair)

  • Old joint/tendon/bone injuries can start to get repaired "over time" we are talking long term consistent use

  • Grade AAA sleep which = Enhanced RECOVERY

Negative but tolerable Sides:

  • Carpal tunnel and/or soreness felt in the forearms and shins (for me) at times

  • May experience bloating on the onset but usually goes away after 4-8weeks of use and your body adjusts

  • Numbness in Hands while sleeping/upon waking and/or throughout the day

Most sides are because of using a dose that is higher than your body is currently able to handle.

Most Men will start out at 2iu and titrate upwards 1iu at a time after a 10-14day period until the sides are less than tolerable.

I've personally used 6-12iu consistently (did 14iu for a week and I could not train because of hands going numb during training) and as I am now "testing" other brands I notice what I was getting for sides and results differs in terms of iu dose.

My particular usage is unlike many on hear as I am an advanced competitive athlete with very specific goals and when you are EATING a large amount of nutrients and using TABOO compound it enables you to increase GH and other compounds remarkably with AMAZING results.

Gotta walk before you run and as mentioned GH alone is not the "mighty magic" (yes there is one compound that by itself is pretty damn close) compound but it produces excellent results for recovery, fat loss and works VERY synergistically with other compounds to build a physique that is worthy of a champion.

Don't get it twisted...without EXCELLENT nutrition/supplements, custom training regime, lots of SLEEP to recover along with additional PEA compounds and in that order, you won't be wowed. For many, it is better to put that money to specific compounds that are much cheaper to run for better results than an inconsistent and low amount of GH.

I believe that low dose hgh is great for preventing inj,fat loss, and great rest.
I just wouldn't recommend using it in extremely high doses 5iu and up. Especially if you use pharma grade you don't need much and there are amazing generics out there.

I don't see the benefit of running more than 3 iu. If it's good growth that's enough and you'll see the benefits without some of the sides of running it higher

Well.... my experience has been fat loss no matter how dirty I eat,
Also vascularity has increased too...
Although it is expensive, I've been using around 6-7ius a day split between 2- shots for the last 6 months
Although definitely do some research in it as it can make you insulin resistance if taken too close to meals, do read up in it and enjoy

Thanks for the reply, have you experienced a lot of muscle growth?

Negitve bro, no huge muscle growth.
But hgh is slow and steady, I think it's cause all the extra calories you can eat are going to growth instead of fat storage

The fat loss is great. Actual growth in my experience is pretty small if any. The recovery can be a little quicker. Some contributing factors are the elevated metabolism from the hgh itself. So just your maintenance calories are going to rise, bulking even more so. You will look fuller on lower carbs but don't let that fool you into thinking it's real size, when you drop the hgh that extra fullness will go with it.
