HGH with breaks in cycle

I am 3 months into my 1st GH run, and have been pinning daily. My research before starting had shown people recommending different combinations of on/off during cycle. Some recommended 5 days on, 2 days off. Some had a week off in the middle of a 6 month run, and some a week off monthly. Are there any benefits to having these breaks in a run? Possibly to shock the body, or to avoid building a tolerance, or is it simply to stretch kits out a little longer? I chose the daily route because it was the recommendation of the source I used. I don't feel he said it to sell more product because his dosage recommendations were lower than what I had planned to run initially. If breaks are beneficial, why, and what combination of on/off have y'all found to be most effective?

I haven’t read up on HGH yet but know what it is. Does one take it during a cycle? I’m a TRT patient and just started my first cycle so I’m reading a lot and asking questions only when I can’t find a good answer on my own.
