i have been taking HGH for a year . first few months 2iu's then 4iu's for 4 months then 5iu's since
the only thing i notice is the numbness in my hands in the morning , softer skin and soft hair and nails growing fast. no fat loss. i have purchased HGH from two diff popular sites but i have serious doubts by now on the quality. is there any other site you guys recommend? im 42 5'9 180lbs i take 2.5 around noon before gym and 2.5 around 9pm 7 days a week.

basskiller89You need to buy good quality if your body is responding this way. Not everyone can handle all forms of HGH. It's not an exact science but based upon what you are saying you need to invest in your body. It might cost you $400 a week but not everyone can be a pro. I've heard about GF9 pills from GNC with good reviews. You should also make sure to get 8 hours of sleep a day as is the most important part of growing!!

Not losing fat?? That means you are OVEREATING and not in a calorie deficit.
Want to lose weight - calorie deficit
Maintain the weight - calorie maintenance
Gain weight - calorie surplus
HGH will help the process but it’s not the suggestion on it’s own, sorry to say that

Bro if your hands are numb your growth is g2g. . the problem is most defiantly diet..gh will aid in fat loss if diet is on point but it defiantly won't work miracles if your diet is shit.. what's your diet looking like and also what's your bf your stats don't say
Ok so you think the growth is bad because you aren’t losing fat. Consider first that your diet may be the reason you aren’t seeing your desired results.
Get blood tests on the growth. Check gh serum if you like but I’d just go with an IGF1 test and see where you’re at. The other symptoms you describe seem to be in line with the expected sides so I’m inclined to think you just need to clean up your diet and up your cardio if fat loss is the goal.
