Bad carpel tunnel (HGH) Help!
I could really use some help. So I started 2.4iu twice a day a few weeks ago. After a week and a half. I had to stop because I couldn’t sleep. The carpel tunnel in my right hand/arm hurt sooo bad. I took 3-4 days off and it got better. I started 2iu twice a day again and within a few days it was worse than the first time. I have been off for hour days and my hands dead as I’m typing this. I can’t get sleep it hurts so bad. First time trying gh. Coach told me not to use a dietetic and that when it goes away to start at .5iu twice a day. Pretty discouraged. I heard that the side effects could be from the product being Chinese and not as good of quality. But I have like 10 kits so I really want to use it. Any suggestions? I was really excited about this next step and am really discouraged. I should also mention that I had slight carpel tunnel without any gh. Sometimes at night my hand would fall asleep more than normal and get a sharp pain in my elbow.

Hey bud same thing happened to me when i started on GH last year. I had to come off for a week then start back at 1iu ED. Stayed at that for a few weeks then bumped it up to 1.5iu, kept bumping it up .5iu every few weeks as long as the CTS stayed away. If the CTS started i would drop it back down .5iu for a few weeks then try bumping it up again. Im now at 5iu with zero negative side effects.
The night time pain from the CTS was awful. I had it for about a month before i finally gave in and dropped dosage. Ramp up slowly and you wont have that issue.
Bro the nighttime is definitely the worse. When the mgt neofin launched last year i grabbed alot of it and that shit gave me the worst side effects ive ever experienced period.....from any drug....period. Couldnt sleep. Wake uo hurting from shoulder blade to fingertips. Woukd have to takr a warm shower at 1am or 2am etc etc to make them feel better. And i was only running like 4iu . i tjink it was overdosed product. Which couod be ur cass. I dont know which hgh u have but quality generics seem to be overdosed when they first launch and systemically get shitter and shitter. From what uve seen anyway..
Have u ever searched on the chinease trading sites fkr hgh?? Google it. Ull find kits for 50 bucks. What the fucks in it is the question
Reduce the dosage, simple. 5iu of HGH for someone who has never done this before is way too much, especially of it a generic HGH. Do 1iu first thing in the morning once a day and monitor the progress. After you can make necessary adjustments if needed and check your blood work.
Carpal tunnel is one of the main sides of HGH. The only thing you can do is experiment with it a lil bit, but basically if you're prone to CT there isn't a whole lot of really effective remedies! Sorry!
NotNatural23Go back to 1iu and slowly ramp up maybe go up .2ius a week? This is just a example or something. You are going to have to figure out what works for you and how much pain you can deal with. I get it bad and whether it is from generics or pharm. I start at 2 ius and it took me almost 2 months to get to 5 ius and I still get sides from it but I have been diagnosed with slight CT syndrome and I have some cubital nerve problems and that is worse then the CTS. Also look up some stretches to try and open up the space for CT. This is a very common side fro gh and from everything I have done and read is to drop dose and slowly move up. You have enough kits and the longer you run GH the better the results. What's your dosing schedule also? ED or 5 on 2 off or 6 on 1 off. EOD
Thanks for all the info buddy. I was doing 5 on 2 off. I have been off four days now I think and I still had to sleep sitting up last night. Got maybe 4 hours. Hoping tonight is better. Someone mentioned pharma could have less sides for next time but idk. I’ll try starting at 1iu when these sides go away. I am nervous the igf will cause it to come back bad too. I’ll look into the stretches.
WillzillaIve had what i thought was carpel tunnel in both hands a few years ago because of gear. Turned out it was cubital tunnel syndrome as it was effecting my pinky and ring fingers on both hands. It wasnt actually the gear at all i got it by doing tricep excercises mostly skull crushers which was pinching the nerve at the elbow when extending the arm. Anyway.....which fingers are you noticing the numbness / loss of motion ? It could possibly be something you could fix bt adjusting your training. BTW my hands went back to normal after roughly 2 weeks of no training and using some anti inflammatories (still get slight elbow pain, doesnt go away fully without surgery)
That’s really interesting. I’ve been having this super sharp pain in the lower tricep where it connects to my elbow. I wonder if that’s what it is. It’s effecting my entire hand though. My middle finger has a sharper pain. I’m always wanting to pop it even though it doesn’t need it. Maybe the water retention worsened it. Because like I said. I’ve had a problem for a while. Just didn’t keep me up at night until I started gh.
WillzillaIf you have had this problem long before you tried hgh then may e hgh isnt the cause, it could worsen the problem however. If all of your fingers ate getting pain its possible you have damaged both the ulnar nerve and the median nerve which run down your arm from the armpit then around the elbow then down the inside of your forearm into your hand. The ulnar nerve would suggest possible cubital tunnel and the median nerve would cover carpel tunnel, however, its extremely unlikely that you get both at the same time unless you have pinched the nerves. I think the problem is at your elbow as ive stated. Go to the doctors and ask yiur gp to send you to a specialist. I can only give info based on my own issues. Yours sounds the same
For sure buddy. Thanks for the help. I read on it last night and it said an elbow splint helps. Last night I kept my arm bent and slept through the night. I’m going to see a dr and see what I can do. Then start the gh slowly back in and see what I can live with. Thanks again.
NotNatural23Bro I been dealing with that for 5 years have you have any suggestions as to how to get it to heal. I am finishing up a dose of TB 500 with bpc 157 and I still have not gotten the relief that I would like. I have went 14 months with no training and anti inflammatory meds and no luck. I am thinking of paying out of pocket for some PRP or stem cell because our fucked up medical system doesnt cover stuff that works and can avoid surgery.
WillzillaIf you are getting this pain on the inside of your elbow and numbness in your pinky finger its most likely cubital tunnel. There are methods a doctor can do to check this by electric pulse to see if the ulnar nerve has been damaged. If its at the elbow that is the root cause then surgery to cut away a small piece of bone is possible to stop the nerve from 'pinching' whenever you extend the tricep. That will be at extreme cases tho. Best thing you can do is go to the doctor buddy he will let you know how severe it is. I was only prescribed naproxin. When i do skull crushers now i dont use the ez bar but would go with dumb bells and change the angle. Almost the same way you would hold the dumb bell if you were to do a hammer curl. Small changes like that helped me.
Its a common side of hgh bro. Just back down the dose.
Well dude maybe hgh is not for you, its not the end of the world there are other compounds and ways to get results similar to hgh.
I used to get CTS all the tilde from HGH try taking a turmeric supplement with black pepper extract, works for me, can get it off Amazon pretty cheap. Someone posted about it on the forum a month or so ago. I’m at 5iu pre workout and I have zero sides.
Common side effect. ESP if you have suffer from carpal tunnel to begin with it was gonna make it worse. Start at lower dose and see how it goes.
No guarantees that will work but should help.
That’s a hefty dose to start at. Some guys can and some guys get a bad reaction the way you did.
Seems like you can avoid those reactions by starting slow and slowly increasing dosage.
Also sounds like you need to do some more research on this stuff before shooting it in your body. Could’ve found that answer pretty easily.
Ahhh. Maybe that’s my problem. Since my body is new to it. I did take on a ton of water. I also started 40mcg of igf-1 lr3 at the same time. I’ve never read anything about tapering up so I just went straight to what seemed like a good dose.
This is a known side effect from hgh.
