IGF with MGF! Possible Protocol?

ad

This might have been covered and I have been going through previous posts on different boards and see completely different stuff everywhere. Some posts here have been by Dacky, Makwa, PPGfreak.

I have heard of IGF pre workout for the pumps and I might experiment with it a couple of times to see if it is worth the pump or best post workout when all the receptors are at their peak and activated.

Using MGF or PEG-MGF in conjunction with either IGF-1 DES/LR3.

The research behind utilizing both together is sound and promotes the understanding because MGF creates the stem cells needed to cause new muscle cells to be created by IGF. This might explain why some dont recieve benefits by just IGF because they are lacking the proliferation of the muscle stem cells.

MGF utilizing from what I have grown to understand takes up to 72 hours for it to create more muscle stem cells through myoblasts and proliferation. Peg-MGF allows for further overall muscle development. From the research available, whether Mgf or Peg-mgf, local development is the most profound, however, peg-mgf does act more systematic due to the extended active life.

Questions in order to maximize benefits:

  1. Would mgf have to be used multiple times a day and multiple injections per muscle group to ensure it is spread evenly with the extremely small half life 7-10 minutes.
  2. Peg-mgf would be best utilized however, how often is it really needed?

Now in regards to Igf-1 DES/LR3, it is said that MGF needs 72 hours in order to do its full job and reach its full potential. So if you introduce IGF too early, it makes less new muscle cells available to cause the hyperplasia that everyone is wanting to increase the amount of muscle cells. This will lead to further gains obviously through further hypertrophy.

I have also read that once an IGF receptor takes the IGF, that specific receptor will not be activated again for another 72 hours as well. Meaning the igf is causing hyperplasia during this time within the cells. So flooding the body with more igf does not provide any additional benefit when it comes to the receptors.

DES is active for less than an hour. A short half life in comparison to LR3, which is active for about 24 hours total.

My protocol that I want to try out would be the following for 8 weeks straight:

Note: all my injections will be done Intramuscular

Monday - Leg Day
Post workout - IGF-1 DES 40mcg split
2 hours Post Workout - PEG MGF 500mcg

Tuesday - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Post workout - IGF-1 DES 40mcg split
2 hours Post Workout - PEG MGF 500mcg

Wednesday - Back/Biceps
Post workout - IGF-1 DES 40mcg split
2 hours Post Workout - PEG MGF 500mcg

Thursday - Leg Day
Post workout - IGF-1 LR3 20mcg

Friday - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Post workout - IGF-1 LR3 20mcg

Saturday - Back/Biceps
Post workout - IGF-1 LR3 20mcg

Sunday - Rest Day - PEG MGF 500mcg

Reasoning behind said protocol:

For Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday:

The DES used post workout will hit the receptors since they should all be activated through lactic acid buildup and overall igf receptors at their peak post workout.

Since DES is fast acting and for spot development, 2 hours later, following with PEG MGF to replenish the stem cells used up by the Igf-1 DES.

Since I wont be working out that muscle again for another 72 hours, that will allow the Peg Mgf to do its job and have more cells ready to go for the next workout (in theory).

For Thursday/Friday/Saturday:

Low dose of IGF-LR3 post workout to continue full body development of new muscles cells. Goal is to make sure that all my igf receptors in the muscles being hit both locally and systemically without causing gut growth through too much Igf-1 being available through the bloodstream due to long active life of Igf-1 Lr3.

No Peg-MgF since the benefits would be cut short by introducing the IGF-1 Before the mgf is able to do its job.

For Sunday:
Just Peg MGF to help replenish total body with more stem cells for the IGF to activate and to aid in further recovery.

Please let me know what you think or if you have any experience with Igf-1 DES/LR3 or Peg-Mgf or Mgf.

Thank You in advance!

Interesting post. When is the best time to take IGF-1 LR3? Is it in the morning, pre workout or post workout or even before bed?

You can try it but I wouldn't be doing any of this without incorporating GH also. I think you would be just fine with the GH/IGF combo. Works wonders. Not sure if the MGF is going to add much. Sounds good on paper but not sure how well it translates into real life.

Thanks for the reply! I will definitely look to incorporate some Gh then, would 4ius be sufficient or should I shoot for 6?

Since I would be incorporating GH, should I just stick to mainly the LR3?

Once you start going above 5iu then you really need to start taking other stuff in order to maximize it and unless you are familair with it you don't want to be experimenting with that and IGF at the same time if you haven't ran either of them yet. 4iu with 40mcg of IGF is a good run.

You suggest I use 40mcg instead of 20 ED post workout?

I will pick up 1000iu of Hgh then to run enough for 32 weeks.

I have two kits of LR3 atm, total 2000mcg. Each vial is 200mcg each.

Should I buy 2 more kits?

I planned it out to be 32 totals weeks between on/off.

So it would be either 20mcg 6 days a week for 4 weeks on/4 weeks off

Or

I could try 10mcg 6 days a week for the entire 32 weeks.

Not really sure what will work best or if I should buy more and do 40mcg?

I appreciate all the help Makwa.

I'm not a big fan of peptides, but have used them. I'd use the IGF 1 -LR3 pre workout!
