So if been doing 50mcg des preworkout, followed by .5mg MGF within5 mins of finishing training.
I really respond good to IGF. I also have heard that recentlt better IGF has become available.
it was really good at first, then it became crap, now its pretty good again. I get mine from a site in the top five from the top 10 list.
incredible pumps and it lasts all day. I'm trying to keep my arms at 18inches while cutting. so far I'm down from 250lbs to 245lbs in the morning and my arms have held. will continue to cut to 240lbs. My arms normally drop as soon as weight drop.
anybody else use DES/MGF combo? I don't get much from LR3.
any of you guys run DES or MGF

oh my bad IM both.
I'm also coming to the end of a long cycle. slow cut over 20 weeks.
lost 15 lbs. now that I'm coming to the end of the cycle and ready for just TRT I'm trying to keep arm size with the combo.
I'm loving it so far. seems like quality IGF is more accessible.

love it. still use .5mg of DAC once a week on GH. But 10mg of DAC a week with 25 mg of mk677 was magic. same as 3ius of gH

try mk677 with the DAC. get baseline bloods and re do bloods after 3 months. youll be shocked.

I second the motion for more information. I’ve been eyeing ghrp 2 and 6 along with cjc for a number of reasons for a long time now. I think no dac makes sense since ghrps are daily but it probably wouldn’t matter

I keep hearing not to go with mixes cuz u really can’t be sure if the right ratio is in there unless u mix it urself. I’ve been doing research for a while and I think they are very promising

You have to be careful with peptides in general, mixed combinations or not. From my experience, 9 times out of 10, the cheap peptides are going to be bunk. To get legit quality peptides and run GHRP and a MOD-GRF at 100 mcg 3x per day, you're looking at the cost of quality generic GH, or even more.

Mostly looking for collagen healing for two labrum tears and chronic knee problem. Lean mass, fat loss, and sleep are just bonuses. Been trying to weigh the pros and cons of HGH vs peptides or even just a solo ghrp cuz it seems tb500 and bpc are more hit or miss. I’ve also never been on cycle so it seems naive to jump on HGH and peptides are a better approach. Looking to get as much info as I can before I consider making a decision

The GHRP-2 has really helped me with body fat reduction and keeping it off while bulking, I can definitely recommend it for that, got pretty quick and steady results.

That’s one of my reasons. Anything with sleep improvement or decrease in joint pain? Also, when on a bulk do u think carbs should b lowered since it could reduce insulin sensitivity?

Quite the opposite, actually. It will help keep your body fat in check, as previously mentioned. Just make sure it's been at least a couple hours since you've eaten carbs and your insulin has gone back down to its baseline before you inject GHRP. GH and insulin are inversely related, meaning when you spike your insulin it will lower your GH for a period of time. This is important with GHRP because it increases your natural growth output, if you've consumed carbs recently and your insulin is spiked, you will blunt the ability of the peptides to work effectively.

I’m aware of this part but I also thought that it decreases insulin sensitivity in general so wouldn’t a high carb bulking diet lead to insulin resistance if the carbs go too high?

Ive kept my carbs high with no issues. The GHRP-2 made me have crazy vivid dreams but wouldn't say it improved sleep enough to really tell a difference. DSIP (deep sleep inducing peptide) is supposed to, but I haven't tried it.

Good to know with the carbs. I’ve got sleep issues so I rarely get into sleep deep enough for me to dream. I’ve looked into DSIP but it seems that’s as far as it goes. The other peptides have a host of other benefits I’d like to get. Tried mk677 before and that made me sleep better and have crazy dreams. Actually took some I had leftover after reading Ed’s running a cycle in the joint threads and had a wild dream I was in one.

300 mcg/day split 100 in am, pwo, and before bed. Started at just 100 for a few days to make sure no adverse reaction or sides then upped dose. No adverse sides or anything, just started leaning back up.
