Igf des
ad
What's up everyone, I have recently been reading into igf des. As you guys know there are many methods out there people are choosing to utilize this peptide. From what I have gathered des does have localized growth potential and your best bet is to split your dose bilaterally into the muscle group you are going to work pre workout. It would be cool to hear from some of you guys and gals on the board that have played with this peptide recently and what your thoughts are on it and the various protocols out there. I appreciate everyone who tosses in there info. There has been a lot of crap on here lately guys please be respectful to each other

50mcg into muscle trained. massive pumps that stay. give it a try. you might want atleast 4 vials. I do 4 weeks on 4 weeks off.
When I've looked into it in the past it looked like a complete waste of time versus its Big brother IGF1 LR3 which is much stronger and estered therefore staying active for several days against a few hours.
I have read the presence of igf stops mgf release I wonder if the igf floating around longer could effect mgf release?
MGF instantly after training , still on pump
Used it for “local growth” it’s all bro science. Only muscle that grows is the one you workout.
Did you use it for local growth in the muscle that you trained? What method did you follow
Local growth is completely bullshit and no doctor will tell you it makes any sense at all. It’s all bro science and I thought it died until you just asked th question.
So you think if you pinned it sub q in the stomach fat pre workout vs in the muscle you are about to train the outcome would be the same? When reading into I questioned this as well it's cool to hear other peoples take
No because all sub q injections take longer to kick in. So I do prefer to inject my IG have intermuscular. So I will usually just pop it in one of my shoulders or something that’s convenient. But whether I inject into my shoulders and my chest and my bicep has nothing to do with what muscle group will grow. What ever muscle you work out and then eat and rest afterwards will be the muscle that grows.
Cool brother, makes sense. And damn that would be a lot of shots lol
