Igf 1 vs. GH, Overall/Differing benefits

ad

So I am looking to run either igf1 or gh but have come to the conclusion that my knowledge on each of these is inadequate to make a proper decision. I've always wanted to try igf1 for the pumps and increased cell production but my current goal is to burn fat and get a good lean, toned look. I also would like some of the overall benefits of the feeling of well-being. I know that gh offers these effects, but am not sure if igf1 also gives similar gh effects in terms of fat loss, well being, clear skin, rejuvenation...?

There is a great promo that I could get on igf1 right now but if igf1 doesnt provide those specific effects I'm looking for as well as just normal gh does, I'll just stick with the gh...

Thanks for any input!

I prefer HGH. It's old school but still the best overall. I've used IGF-1 and IGF1 R 3 with poor results!

Did you even get the pumps people talk about?

Combine your GH/IGF and you will never go back. Very synergistic. The key is getting real IGF-LR3. If it is from a pep company you are wasting your money. Here a couple of posts that will shed some more light on it.

Wow, thank you for those links. That first link is basically the exact question I was trying to get at here. Scirrox gave some really good info on that. So it appears like using both for the synergy is best and it won't necessarily cost me a whole lot more because I can lower my gh shots for the anti aging and then just do thr igf for the growth/ strength/ pump side of things. I really do appreciate that. Would you be open to me PM'ing you about possible sources that are g2g? If not, that's fine. I have a few ideas but it's so overwhelming on here.... haha

Not that I have much experience with either but from everything I've read its the HGH you want to stick with.

That's kind of what I was thinking. Tbh I was hoping the igf1 would do the trick because of the deal I could get on it but I knew it might be out of the question and just have to go with gh. I'll wait for other responses too from people who have more experience. Thanks

I'd say about 95% of people on here run growth and all sing its praises for the way it makes you feel, sleep and look. One of the biggest sides of IGF 1 you hear of is the big appetite increase so it can't be the most effective for weight management etc.
