ghrp 6 or ghrp 2?

Hello,

Ater doing some research about peds and appetite i heard there are some peptides which might increase hunger, i have a problem with hunger, my stomach is really small, this has been a problem for me in years now in bodybuilding, i have to force myself into eating sometimes because im not hungry after 2/3 hours of eating, tried eating white rice instead of brown and so on, still not that massive change.

My research indicates that GHRP 6 acts on Ghrelin receptors that signal hunger to various regions in the brain which can make you extremely hungry...
I want some advice, i'm planning to use GHRP 6 or 2, in a really low dose to see if it really helps with appetite

I found some other side effects but it all depends on dosing, im not going on some crazy doses, so shouldn't be a problem

any suggestions? thank you in advance

I don't know about this GHRP stuff but take some digestive enzymes to help break down the food faster and more efficiently.

If you have a small stomach u must enlarge it with big meals and a lot of water.

ghrp's can't enlarge your stomach and the effect on appetite is not as much as a lot guys think!

Simple answer: Eat all u can find and you will see success in terms of appetite...for sure not only junk!

Agreed. Even if the GHRP increases the frequency and intensity of hunger "feelings", without stretching the stomach it will still be a struggle to get the calories in as the hunger "feelings" will subside when the undersized stomach reaches capacity. Kind of the reverse of a gastric bypass operation.

My stomach shrank after my hernia surgery and it was a bitch to get it back to holding a reasonable capacity, then even worse needing to go larger for eating enough to seriously start adding bulk, but I managed. It was torture for a while, but sacrifices must be made if you're going to play this game.

I had food poisoning 3 years ago, it was a nightmare recovering, I was eating max 2 meals a day for a whole month

Your looking into drugs for the answer and I can say with complete certainty it is not. Force feeding isn’t going to work either. Find what foods digest well for you. This can mean thinking outside the box. In other worlds none bodybuilding foods. Believe me you can train yourself to eat I’ve seen it done many times. Good luck bud.

This definitely has helped me, especially pineapple slices before a meal, the acids in the pineapple help the digestive system break the food down faster it seems. I had read about and decided to try it and it does work. If your doing a cut I guess you'd need to avoid so much simple sugar, but I'm bulking and eating a couple pieces of fruit in the morning helps keep me going strong all day, then a couple pieces an hour pwo really makes for good workouts.

I eat 3 times fruit a day, and vary it, doesn't work for me at all, i want this intense hunger feeling, so i can eat every 2 hours instead of feeling full the whole time and having to force food

did liver bloodwork while ago, to see if there was a liver damage or anything, but there wasn't it was perfect condition, atm it wont matter anyways, as im fasting 18h a day, but after the fasting period is over, my stomach will be shrunk in half
