Doc starts me on 150mg a week every tuesday.
Results 6 weeks later
Total test 808. Ref 280-800
free 20. Ref 4.7-24.4
shgb 33.4. Ref 11-80
E. 20.8
Says I'm too high reduces me to 140 a week.
Go 4 weeks getting shots at the clinic. they let me have
2 " travel shots". And let me do it at home. Because it is a pain in the ass to get there before they close. Super simple right? Dose same day same 200mg/ml test they use.(purchased from pharmacy). Dose at .7ml (140mg).
Come back for blood work. Blood work shows..

She flips out says that's way too high . I agree shouldn't be that high a week after injection. She says I'm not allowed to do it home any more. Grills me on the amount I did. Same .7 she does. I said. I ask how it was that high? What would cause that. After she smart assed me and said hmm I dont know. Looking at me like it was my fault.
Like I'm going to over dose my self and loose the script.
She said I must be responding better or something. Still looking at me all crazy. I though you nut, if I was going to go over and loose my script I sure wouldn't be for 1175 that's for damn sure.
So what's others experience after 12 weeks and a reduction in mg can I "respond" better? I dont think the build up would still be going. Never on cycle after 12 or 20 weeks has my levels jumped a third higher.
Went in today and asked again what she thought the reason was. she was a total bitch about it and wouldn't even give me an answer. Just turned around and walked off saying "I dont know" with a smirk.

I had the same problem last time I did blood work my total test was 1043 and the PA freaked out and wouldn't renew my prescription...called me 2 weeks later for an unannounced blood work. I have always responded very well to test cyp vs test e... don't know why. Really hate how this PA makes me feel but don't want to give up the TRT either...
I have been negligent on doing bloods but just finally got it done last week. I pin Sunday mornings and 200mg per week. I took the test on Friday and to my surprise I am only 549. But even back in the day when I ran full cycles guys were running the same dosage as me might be hitting 5,000 when I was only at 2,000. It sucks but apparently I need to up my dose.
Out of curiosity, how did your free test levels look? Did they look similar to the guys showing 5000 even though your total was lower?
Unfortunately they did not include free test. But I have also been taking proviron I was sitting in for awhile so it should be decent.
I would surely think a man of your stature would have to take a larger dose.
I am about 240 so maybe?
Get lab day 4 if taking weekly dose.
Clinic draws bloods on 7th to find the lowest point in the cycle before next inject. Funny they never consider how high the peak is. Wont even talk to me about it. Get really frustrated when I start asking questions. I think my knowledge about my body and what steroids do in my body is threatening in a way. They are used to the sheep just accepting what ever they say. Really stick in the spokes when a patient knows what they are talking about
Just run you own labs (if that is a thing) and then throw them in Docs face if you can find a low spot.
I’ve recently discovered my Pharmacist seems to know more than my Dr..
jayiskgenerally nowadays Dr's dont spend time reading and research medical journals and other info on the drugs they prescribe.
they get their info from the pharmaceutical reps that give them samples and free pens and junk...sometimes kickbacks or other incentives to push their drugs.
The schooling to become a Pharmacist is very difficult. Pharmacist are suppose to be the last line of defense from you getting a drug that can interact or harm you.
But most big chain pharmacies are so busy just filling scripts you just get the computer printout of the drug. Which people should read but usually dont.
when it comes to any medication one should really do their own research as well. Be surprised what you find out about how bad a lot of this shit is. And i mean real research not webmd or shit like that. A dr told me that site was created by doctors so the average person can look at symptoms and decide to see a dr thinking they know the problem. Not sure how true that is but sounds about right for the States. Big Pharma is one of the biggest lobbyists in Washington.
All about the money. And how much they can get at our expence
same with nhs doctors mind. the pharmacy know more about the outcomes of the drugs the doctors are prescribing

Think I'll get a different doctor. Maybe a real one. It is through a men's wellness clinic. Only deal with a nurse.
One told me they were going to get my levels up then start weining me off so my natural test would take over. I was like WHaT? If you thought my natty levels would reboot why did you give me test? Why not HCG and clomid ? Why crash me even more? She actually said it is to get my body know what to do. They only give clomid as a fertility medication.
From what I've gathered, those clinics are nothing more than legal drug dealers that grip you by the balls because they know they can. That's a shitty way to practice medicine.

What sux is I could just do it for pennies on the dollar and a better job my self. But I'm trying to do this the right way. There is a doc I found in the city I live. A primary physician. I here he is open to suggestions. Not to go over board but if say I need this AI with this dose he will listen. And it isn't an hour away

Maybe explain the shortcomings at your current clinic and that she treated you like some kind of junkie when your T level spiked. The fact that she would even jump to that conclusion, I would peace out of there immediately.
I hear a few have had to leave this particular clinic.
