I was watching that show Drugs Inc the other day, and the cops were talking about Facebook, and how much easier it makes their work. They were describing, how in the past they would find out a dealers street name and then they would have to do a search to see if they could get a real name and maybe a mugshot or whatever.
He said nowadays when they get a name, all they do is log onto Facebook, type in the person's name and boom, everything comes up including their picture etc. And then he was saying basically how stupid they are, because these ppl put up pics of themselves flashing their money and their proceeds(jewelry, cars, etc) from the illegal drug money, which gives the cops their probable cause for a warrant with that information! Some ppl are just really fuckn stupid bro. Smh, lol!
This is why I have no social media. This site is as close as I get. Everybody asks me why I don’t have Facebook and it’s because I don’t t like people having access to me like that. I like to stay private.
Dude I remember when I was young and in that world (idiot in my late teens, thinking I was a badass... ugh). Either way, I wouldn’t even let people take my picture. Not at Parties, not out and about, not with a girl, not at a friends house, nothing. (then again back then it was those disposable cameras). I didn’t even want proof out there of where I might have been, let alone what I might be doing... we always wanted no one knowing anything about us.
These idiots nowadays are so vain and eager for attention on social media that they’re providing LE with everything they need. My favorite is when these kids video themselves committing a crime or beating the shit out of someone. There goes the “deny deny deny” strategy lmao.

But it's so true, these days these ppl involved in that shit don't even know when someone could be taking their picture or recording them because basically everyone has a camera phone. You have all these apps today about recording calls, this and that! And they wanna show off so bad with all these stupid pics they post etc, that they just give these cops everything they need on a silver platter. And yeah, the videos of these morons actually committing the crimes has to take the cake! Lol!
Imo, technology has basically destroyed that kind of lifestyle! It's almost impossible not to get caught up somehow with all these phone cameras, cameras on every house, fuckn cameras everywhere! And on top of that you have everyone rating each other out. And these cops, DEA etc. have so much more resources today than they did in the 90's for instance.
These moron criminals today do fuck themselves with all the pics they post on Facebook, saying incriminating shit on steroid forums that can be traced back to them and everything else, lol! But I think a large part has to do with all of the technology we use today in our normal everyday lives. Smh man!!
