Yesterday was my day off(training) so I didn't eat as much as usual. Today was leg day...
HCA half hour before meals
1st - 4 weetbix, 100 grams kefir, 1 large banana, 1 serve casein hydrolysised, 400ml almond milk > mash, eat. Then 4 egg white omelette with mushrooms, spinach and 1 piece of dry dark rye toast then a skim cappuccino
2nd 1 Serve Whey Protein with creatine and l-arginine and l-glutamine
Whey Protein is much faster releasing than casein and whey protein spikes blood glucose levels making your pancreas release insulin. Endogenous insulin reaches your muscles in seconds and signals receptors to uptake glucose, amino acids and creatine. Even the fastest synthetic insulins like aspart take ten minutes. Endogenous insulin is the most anabolic compound known to man by far. I take advantage of it.
After workout:
Another whey protein then bilateral IM injections of IGF-1 LR3 20mcg each side. I don't want to take any more and grow my intestines as I'm also on HGH. I've dropped back on the HGH from 10iu a day to 5iu a day.
As soon as I inject the IGF-1 LR3 I do high reps to further pump the muscle bringing bloodflow to repair the torn fibres.
3rd 2 x 250 grams John West Wild Alaskan Salmon + 2 pieces pumperknickel
Carbs not really needed after workout but I don't like to eat salmon out of a tin just by itself. The HCA helps burn fat and I have no trouble dropping bf. I'm pretty active each day so I need some slow release carbs. They also help with bulking and putting your metabolism into a more anabolic state.
4th Scotch fillet steak medium rare with extra carrots and greens in stead of potato. Got this at a pub today. I don't drink of course. Had it with water like all my meals. Had a skim cappacino after.
5th Casein Protein shake
6th...just thinking about that now.
Okay, that's how I eat whether bulking or cutting. When bulking I literally just eat as much as I possibly can but carefully time meals and carb intake. I never have high GI food except post workout to take advantage of insulin.
Edit: Just to clarify > whey protein just before and after workout. Casein protein the rest of the time. I'm just about to order the snapper with extra veges and sweet potato instead of potato. Another casein protein later and I'll probably get the munchies after that and eat some tins of tuna in olive oil and a piece of pumperknickel. Again, not needed but I don't like to eat tuna out of a tin on its own. I might have a little tub of quinoa instead of the pumperknickel. This is pretty much how I eat every day. I sometimes use intermittent fasting and have experience with medium term ketosis. Gave that one away.
TronI live in Kuldhara, Rajasthan. It is custom for our villagers to sit together and enjoy a small donkey every saturday.
How exactly do yall enjoy the donkey? I mean do yall take turns with it or what? Lol!
TronWell, we slaughter it in our traditional way of pelting it with small pebbles until it is dead..the pebbles are small so this process can take up to 2 months. Once slaughtered we devour the donkey raw with our bare hands much like the sacred lion does with his prey. All the while other villagers play flutes made from the hollow bones of hyenas and dance fluidly around us.
Lmao! Man you take the term beast mode to a nee level!
TronYes, we slap lions in the face and run from them as well as sexually assault Crocodiles to get them to attack us for training purposes. We are a tough and proud tribe.
Lmao you a bad man tron!
HCA(Garcinia Cambogia half an hour before each meal).
1st - 2 x pumpernickel rye + 4 egg white omelette with spinach and mushrooms + 2 weetbix with 250ml skim milk and 1 banana and 1 serve of casein hydrolysised protein mixed in and 100grams kefir(fermented milk) mixed in.
Kefir is the most complete probiotic source there is. Probiotics will actually allow you to eat more as they do a lot of the work of breaking down(digesting) your food.
2nd 2 tins of John West Wild Alaskan Salmon + 100 grams brown rice
3rd casein protein shake
4th smoked salmon + avocado + 4 egg white omelet on 1 piece of wholemeal toast
5th casein protein shake
Haven't eaten 6th meal yet.
I've gained over 25lbs in five weeks and eating like a fiend. Minimal water retention. And I've dropped bodyfat.
Edit:
6th 500grams of fresh salmon cooked in olive oil, loads of greens and some sweet potato.
Will be having another meal later and another protein shake.
Dam that sounds like a pretty solid meal plan!
us aussies and our weet bix ! lol so good, so cheap! i can do 12 on empty stomach.
What exactly is weet bix?
It's the best thing the Brits export.
It's like shredded wheat after it has sit in milk for a long time.
It's the most excellent soggy cereal ever.
Actually sounds pretty good! I prefer my cereal soggy as well.
Oh man that really does look good!
they are a good, healthy addition to a good diet, cheap as, 200 bix for like 2 bux 50, good job on the bulking too mate, keep it up!
Me too. But I have to limit carbs to drop bf so i limit myself to 2 or 3 early in the day before training. But yeah I could a dozen right now.
saturday- 4 fried eggs, can of baked beans, 2 pieces of bread, 1 litre of full cream milk with 4 scoops milo and a banana.
quarter bag of white rice, cup of mixed vegetable, 5 heart smart beef sausages, 10 grams bcaas in 750ml of water.
3 tuna sandwiches on whole grain bread.
5 weet bix in milk and a teaspoon of sugar.
its 2:20pm saturday afternoon, first meal was at 8:45 am.
dinner will be chicken breast pasta bake with zuchinni and broccoli in cabonara sauce and chilli.
Breakfast usually consists of an apple...orange...6 whole eggs...1 slice of wheat bread with peanut butter...can of tuna and a glass of water with orac greens...lunch is 2 chicken breast...spinach egg white omelet and nature valley granola bar...snack is oatmeal...(around pre workout time) cup of coffee...after lifting milk and protein powder(just because) then about an hour after is dinner...usually a skirt steak...brussel sprouts...corn on the cob and a whole glass of milk...then throughout the night...spoon fulls of peanut butter and water
I am coming over for breakfast ... instead of grits can I get some oatmeal though?
Absolutely grrl! Its actually a little hole in the wall place by my house i stop in every morning on the way to work. The cook sees me come in and starts fixing my plate. I dont even have to tell them what i want lol. Their ribeye sandwich is amazing!
that is nice ... hole in the wall places are amazing ;-)
Yeah its a lot of temptation during a cut lol. Actually the last time i shredded down i still splurged on breakfast there in the mornings and still had great results.
breakfast is my favorite meal ... I can't say I really cut anymore so I almost always splurge when I go out and eat..... panpakes, french toast .... etc ;-)
That was a killer breakfast, I would have thrown it all on the toast like a sandwich and called it DELICIOUS
Lmao! That's exactly what i do with it every morning.
I haven't been consistent today because it was Friday and work days are meeting after meeting after meeting then one more meeting but now that I'm home Im about to eat some
Bratwurst with pasta

More Bratwurst with pasta
Meal replacement shake with milk and vanilla ice cream
