We as a cumminty would be alot stronger to do our best to not argue or fight with one another, I was lucky enough and had some idea to look around and read and was able to reach out to some senior members that guided me along and helped me gave me links to forums to read and my knowledge has grown a ton.. I just hate to see us as a cumminty and forum fighting with one another putting each other down when we are all here to learn and better ourselfs and to be more confident and to look better in clothes and out of clothes, were all here for that natural high good feeling of confidence physically and mentally... Hopefully this all passes and we can come together and help each other with diets and cycles and which srcs are good and our experience with certain brands cause that's what this site and forum is for and all about... It's a site of aas knowledge and experience and no matter what I do my best to respect all of you and thanks to all u senior members that helped and guided me along and gave me the right info.... What u put in is what you'll get out and I'll leave it at that

Rusty is who he is. No more, no less. I personally hope the ban is temporary, but people come and people go. (I was just checking to see if Viking had made an appearance lately, but no luck.)
Again, I know I'm being redundant, but I hope his absence is temporary. He's helped a lot of men make smarter decisions about their own health, me included. His "tough love" style of communication might rub people the wrong way, but when peeps have an open mind and are willing to really consider what he has to share, and I mean REALLY CONSIDER & INCORPORATE the info, then they'll be much more successful towards meeting their goals in a much quicker time frame. He preaches safety and fundamentals BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT REALLY WORKS!!! Being dangerous and cavalier with chemicals leads to more detriment than success.
Regardless of this, I am grateful to his time and energy spent here to help men make smarter decisions regarding their health. I'm still going to be doing his 3 day per week workout after the New Yea starting in January of 2019. (I've had it printed out for over a year now! Unreal how fast time flies. Been a crazy year for ol' ZeusM, but I'm no different than anyone else. I talk myself into, and out of, going to the gym or eating well/poorly as much as the next guy. Rusty helped drill into my brain: Fundamentals, always. Lift smart, eat clean, sleep as much as possible, rinse lather and repeat. It works, every time, always.)

Thank you for the good mojo, brother. You, Rusty, the vets, even the newbies with some experience, we have all embraced SAFETY with every fiber of what we try and teach because it works. Thus, if Rusty is gone for good, that sucks! Even for a short duration, still sucks. His voice doesn't waver when it comes to asking his usual "stats, priors, goals" to random questions (which almost entirely turn out to be newbies fishing to be bottle fed). He'll be missed.
When work gets crazy for me, I disappear from the interwebs. When things slow down, I binge on Netflix and occasionally log in here to try and help steer young men in the right direction(s). We're all a work in progress, no doubt, but middle age has it's perks! Some call it "wisdom" that we get from age, but really it's more like "what not to do, ask me how I know." That's the real gift of getting older. If we survive our screw ups, we can warn whomever will listen!
On this same note, we didn't get to where we're at alone. We can't pay back the previous generations. The only way we can pay it back is by paying it forward, and then telling them that they have to pay it forward, and instruct that generation to do the same, ad infinitum.
This place truly embraces that mentality, and Rusty played (plays?!?) a big ass part in this crazy symphony. I'm grateful for his voice in my own journey, beyond what my limited chucklehead vocabulary can convey. (I like to self deprecate, but honestly, I'm glad to pitch in my madness here on occasion too. My life was guided by people that I'll never get to thank. Thus, I'm motivated to pay it forward ''til they put me in the dirt.) Rant over. Cheers brother giardap!
