Pre Workout that doesn't send you to the bathroom.......

Hi Everyone,
So here's my question to you, Can anyone recommend a GOOD pre-workout that doesn't send you to the bathroom in the middle of your workout. I currently use Insane Labz Psychotic, and the stuff is amazing. I could literally jump out of the gym after I drink this. However, this stuff makes me hit the can about 3/4 times before and during my workout. Does anyone have a good effective one that they can recommend. I love the Psychotic, and the feeling I get from it to push, but I'd much rather push in the gym............if you know what I mean.

Honestly other than my test/primo I don't take any pre-workouts or supplements anymore and my stomach thanks me for it. One thing that I have found out will give me persistent heartburn is if I use too much cialis. In particular this last batch I sourced. Even at a 1/4 pill a day I am feeling it.

I brew strong coffee then put a scoop of instant in it. It works better than any oreworkout that I have bought. And I work 12 hour days and don’t want to go to the gym but when I drink that coffee I’m ready to get it in.

For me, a couple of cups of filter coffee (only because I love my morning coffee) and a scoop of Whey within an hour of training. I have tried a heap of pre-workout drinks and found the majority of them to be useless. Just pissing/shitting money down the drain.

Bro anything packed with stimulants is going to send you to the bathroom
2or3 original glaze krispy kreme donuts pre-workout is my go to.

Those processed caffeinated pre-workouts are a crutch, they are useless and do noting but make you shake and hit muscle failure to fast.

Makwa below suggested beet juice, that is damn good advice.

One scoop of protein (20-30g), 1/2cup blueberries, and 3g of L-Luecine, 8-10oz of almondmilk. I drink this 30min pre workout and have a nice dinner 1hr post wo. I eat what I need throughout the day and try to let my body get psyched naturally for the workout.

Beet root juice, creatine, Genius Pre, and GAT PMP (caffeine free). Nootropics and NO enhancers are what I look for in a prewo. Some of these prewo have so much caffeine and other cns stimulants in them that they would kill a horse and make you piss like them too since caffeine is a diuretic. To much caffeine can be detrimental to your bodybuilding efforts so I would stay away from those Prewo mixes that are caffeine nuclear bombs. The cortisol spike from that much caffeine is killing your gains. High caffeine intake also interferes with muscle contractions, not good when we are in the gym trying to maximize the contraction so we grow. Cup of coffee no big deal but when you start downing 500+mg of caffeine along with all the other stimulants in some of those prewo it is just overload and sabatoging gains.

Only use pre-workout when I have big muscle group (back or legs) heavy weight training session planned. Once you start taking it on a daily basis, you get addicted to it and after about 2 weeks it will stop working for you as you body gets used to it.
My ritual is a cup of black coffee before workout and if your nutrition is right, you will have enough energy to hit the gym.

I wake up, get turned down by the wife and take my crabby ass down in the basement.
Personally I dont want to depend on anything but my will power. Some days are going to be better than others even with a pre workout.
If your having problems your probably over training...

x2 man, If will power alone is not enough to get me into a workout then its always because my CNS is still shot, the intended muscle is still sore or my nutrition has been poor and I don't have enough carbs or protein in me to fuel a workout. All pre-workouts do is give a false impression of energy that isn't really there...

LIT AF is the only one I’ve taken by them, so I can’t compare. I’ve wanted to try the Woke AF. I work a lot of hours so the LIT really helps me when I wake to get the motor turning mentally.
