I'm pretty sure Rich often wore coloured contacts towards the end as he never looked as piercing as that in his earlier video's. Rich was a cool, genuine & humble guy, I found it a pretty sad day when I found out he passed away.

Lol I only did 1ml Test prop and believe me the pain is unbearable in virgin calf muscle, it swelled up twice the size of my other and you CANNOT walk on it for about a week. Once or twice I got away with it but it's not even worth the risk. It makes you feel nautious walking on it the pain is so bad.
