+ 1 Myofascial Release with Random Orbit Polisher
Came across this video the other day demonstrating using a car polisher for self-massage.

I thought it looked like a great idea, found one on Amazon for 30 bucks with free shipping.

It came today and I love it. It's like the greatest massage ever. Did it on my lower body first and my legs felt so new and fresh, it was amazing. Anyway, one of the best 30 bucks I've ever spent so thought I would share my discovery.
Just got back from training chest and back. Spent about 20 minutes with it on my chest and arms. Didn't want to stop. Also able to hit my back hanging my arm over my traps and using the edge, dragging it across my back basically. Definitely better if you have someone to do your back for you though... Great recovery tool and good for breaking up adhesions, especially in quads, calves, hammies. you know what I'm talking about. I highly recommend it.

mine.. its a knock of this. I paid $200.. and it kicks the shit out
your legs.. you can actually walk when your done.
Great way to think ouside of the box, great creativity I must say.
AnonI have a thumper machine I got from my chiro that I use; this probably does the same damn thing for hundreds less.. it really does work wonders too
ClassyChassisHa ha, that's what I was thinking. Something actually made for this would cost a lot more. Well, you probably got the "medical discount" from your chiro at least.
ClassyChassisForgot to mention another potential use. I had a good sized knot in my bicep from some test base /tren base pre-workout including probably a good amount of EO. Well, I've run this thing over it on 3 occasions today and it's pretty much gone. No more tenderness either. This thing also heats up the muscle from the friction, so that probably helped as well.
Good find. I could definitely use a massage after some workouts. I think a buddy of mine has something similar, he uses it for his car. I may ask to "borrow" it. If its as good as you say, he'll be wondering where his car polisher went, lol.
ClassyChassisHa ha, yeah, as long as it's a random orbital one that vibrates, you're good to go. And you're right, he'll probably never see it again. lol
