Marathon and Steroids ?

ad

Hello lads, I am training to run London Marathon next year but I would be so up for
running a cycle before summer. The peak of training will be march/april. I would ideally finish the cycle
in June. Would it be okay to run on steroids or too risky ?

Simple cycle would be:

Test-e 12 weeks
Dianabol 4 weeks
HGH 6 Months
HCG etc

Standard PCT.

I'm 6ft, 95Kg, around 20%bf.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Steroids build muscle, why would you use these substances you’re a runner ???
If the goal is to lose weight and run the marathon, all you need is to do is run on a daily while basis slowly increasing the distance. As you increase activity and have balanced nutrition, fat will go.

Leave AAS for bodybuilders- competitive athletes.

You don’t need AAS to run a MARATHON

This is correct. Excess muscle in a marathon is dead weight. If it were sprinting it would be a different story, but that’s a sport that requires genetic explosiveness to succeed in at the higher levels to be begin with, and no amount of steroids will turn a physically active person’s vertical leap from average to elite. Elite athletes are born explosive, not made explosive. Can’t change muscle fiber distribution.

Not the compounds to run for a marathon...
And “cycles” for athletics are very different... you don’t be running 500mg of Test per week.
Erase your thinking & start over.

It’s not that it can’t be done... it becomes a very different structure...
You can’t be thinking, getting jacked or getting shredded... it’s not about getting into anabolic state...it’s purely maximizing performance.

Then you get into another line of Q&A...the idea behind use of AAS would be to run a faster marathon...which means you already put the work in.

You can always look into SARMs.

Bulking stack / 20% BF / marathon?

Short answer: Make a diet , do cardio and reduce your BF!

Who would want to be running around with 15 extra pounds of water from the dbol.

What do the Russian Olympic athletes use when training for marathon races? probably not much, maybe bit of test, maybe an RBC generator like EPO? (wouldn't be recommending that to anyone, it's bad juju).

But if you want to know what the best paid athletes are risking their life with, that's where I would start my research.

You need plentiful fat stores for marathon running. Competitive endurance athletes are known for eating high fat diets. Getting too lean wouldn’t be in your best interest if this is something you want to compete in. Getting around the 15% range would be a great start

Will you be considerably leaner by then? What’s your conditioning like?

Bear in mind I’m referring to the exercise science definition of conditioning:

training of skeletal muscles to enhance strength and/or endurance; commonly abbreviated in the sport and exercise context to 'conditioning’

Not the definition bodybuilders created which is basically asking “how shredded are you?” Lol. How physically fit are you?
