If you could have the physique of anyone in history who's would it be? You can pick from Bodybuilders, Athletes, Actors etc...anyone, but only one...and why?
I'm going with Bo Jackson cuz he had the physique of a bodybuilder without taking GEAR! So, I'd take a lil AAS and leave it to your imagination.

yea Dorian has Richards on everything from the front except triceps, and maybe the chest is about a match.

jayiskthor has more muscle def. and is leaner then Brian Shaw. They dont look like larry wheels but they are twice his size and strongman. But i get your point this is about BB type physiques not living giants. lol
Actually Larry has been at thors gym in Iceland training with him.

Guys like Derek Poundstone, Marius pudzianowski have awesome strongman physiques..
jayiskYeah that would be more proper for this forum. I've seen pics of them side by side and they have similar builds.
Pudzianowski surprisingly was only 6 ft 1 and i think 315 or 330.
Crazy when the top strongman now are all 400 lbs + and a lot taller.

Frank Zane's 1977 physique all the way. I'd gladly take some grainy muscle from John Meadow's pro card win in 2015 though. Excellent conditioning.

Been watching the Rocky movies - looking for some motivation for gym. If I had a choice - Sylvester Stallone in Rocky 3. Not huge, but defined and looking great at 200lb.
Didnt he put himself in a coma in the first Rocky movie? He had something like 1% body fat, I cannot find it on google but I remember watching something a long time ago that talked about how he almost killed himself during that movie.
In the first movie Stallone looks fit but not shredded - he became more shredded as the movies progressed. - looking great in III and IV and the Rocky Balboa movie. I haven't read anything about a coma, but it wouldn't surprise me - if there was one, maybe it was from insulin use.

Our immigration and Customs are really strict. If he had a prescription for it - no problems. He probably has enough hangers-on around him that someone should have done some research and told him. As I see it, it was the Aussie government saying 'no-one is above the law here.' Hey - we even kicked out Johnny Dep's dogs :-)
He's always looked really good hasn't he - whether he's huge like in the latest Rambo or lean in cliffhanger. Brilliant natural genetics and bodyfat levels, pure mesomorph

Good and intriguing post brother John! Three of my favorite Bodybuilders whose physiques I greatly admire are as follows: Frank Zane, Rory Leidelmeyer and Bob Paris!
If I had to choose one and this is rather difficult it would be Bob Paris! His physique was so beautifully sculpted! Quality mass, great contours and superb symmettry!

Ryan Reynolds: Unassuming until he takes his shirt off, my wifes "free pass" (mine too -no homo)
Mark Wahlberg: modistly large and unassuming.
Dwayne lacks chest. Everything else is great - chest...not so good.

tat's and a good tan make you look better....for the average gym rat not a real BB in regard to tats but they do spray tan the shit out of themselves.
I like the unassuming look too. That’s the look I go for....mostly bc I’m tall and lanky.

Probably Dywane Johnson physique.. Dedicated, properly proportioned, nice healthy look. Good balance btw athlete and bodybuilder.
