Good luck. At one point I couldn’t see myself not partying. Thought I would loose my personality. Now I can’t imagine myself living that lifestyle. Things have never been better. I have more fun and setting a example for my son. It’s hard at first, but I find most people on this site have superhuman drive and will power. I’m sure you’re no different. You can do you it too! Good for you dude. I see nothing wrong with those that indulge with alcohol in moderation but i got to a point where it was no longer good for my life. I cut out all alcohol two years ago....just got burned out with it. A few weeks off turned into months turned into two years. Now I dont even think about it anymore. I have zero cravings and really dont ever see myself ever drinking again. If you ever need someone to lean on with quitting hit me up anytime.

Better calfs, forearms and traps. I'm fine tuning this year.
Me too on the forearms, gonna start including a dedicated arm day and add in plate pinches, db wrist curls, ladder curls, etc.
Biggest thing is upper chest though, needs more development and I think that will make a huge difference in my overall look.

If you are not completely bald Finasteride will regrow hair - but only so long as you take it. If you are completely bald - forget it. Also - it has side effects such as retrograde ejaculation (dry orgasms where your ejaculate goes back into your bladder). Yea we got a guy that I work with that’s holding on to his side hair, his head on top is completely gone, like a bowl, we call him SKULLETT
Got a couple guys at my work that are rockin a full skullet, lol, then another couple/few that attempt the comb-over deal trying to hide the top baldness but it doesn't work at all, looks ridiculous. Then there's one guy that uses some kinda spray can crap, lol. Some days he either forgets or has just ran out, so some days he has hair some days he doesnt.
